As the girl sleeps, a figure opens the window and climbs in, standing at the foot of the bed. As if sensing him, the girl restlessly moves in her sleep. The man freezes for a second, then quickly walks to the side of the bed. He watches her for a bit, then whispers,"go to sleep" in the girl's ear. The girl's eyes open wide, a small scream emerges, and she frantically tries to get out of bed. Before she can, however, the man grabs her by the hair and simultaneously yanks her head back, exposing her neck and face. He drags her out of her bed and crouches in front of her, still holding on to her hair. She stops struggling and starts pleading. "Please mister! Please don't kill me! I don't want to die!" She starts sobbing and the man grins.

His smile stretches from ear to ear- literally-and some blood dribbles out the corner. His face is too white in the soft moonlight, too harsh. There are dark circles around his eyes. The eyes themselves are bloodshot and watery and focused on her.

Momentarily stunned, the girl stops crying and stares at his mutilated face. "What's the matter, sweetie? Can't take my beauty?" he says, and chuckles darkly to himself. His voice is rough and grinding, like two pieces of sandpaper rubbing together. The girl cringes and begins struggling again. He stops laughing immediately and caresses her cheek.

"There, there. It will all be over soon," he coos. The girl whimpers and, in a moment of desperation, makes a wild grab for the knife sticking out of the guy's hoodie pocket. The man easily moves away from her and, in a moment of lost control, twists the girl's arm around so it's facing the wrong way. Some of the bones in her arm and hand shatter. The girl screams at the top of her lungs and the man frowns and clamps a hand over her mouth until her screams turn into pained whimpers.

"You should not have done that, girlie," the man growls. The girl looks up at him and whispers,"Who are you? What are you?" The man grins. "My name is Jeff the Killer, and I am death." he states. With those words, Jeff grabs her hair again and draws his knife. He holds it up to her neck and yells "Go to sleep!" He slits her throat. The girl, choking on her own blood, falls to the floor and begins convulsing. Jeff quickly dips his fingers into the growing pool of blood and writes a message on the wall. Then he carves a smile into the girl's face and slips out the window before the police can come.
