I'm Always There

So much in one day

I go to meet Hugo for lunch at the cafeteria. I see him sitting with my best friend Yvette and his best friend.....Clap  Trap, I hate that guy his voice makes me nuts.

"Hi guys" I sit down beside Yvette.

"Hey honey" Hugo gives me a kiss in the cheek.

"Hey Mars" Yvette continues to eat her food.

Before clap trap could say anything I start to talk about Jack. "So you guys, I gotta tell you something"

"What is it?" they all ask.

"Mr.Tasiter is dead" I whisper.

Clap trap was about to yell it out, but before he did Hugo hits his head. "Ow"

"Jack killed him, and I'm his assistant now so I have to stay on his good-side."

"We have to take him down" Hugo clenches his fist.

"No! We can't do that, he more powerful than anyone here-" I get cut off by Jack who was in every monitor in this space shuttle.

"Listen here Helios, Mr.Tasiter has died, from a heart attack, I couldn't help him but he had asked me to take care of Helios for him, I accepted, so hail to the new born king of Helios, oh yeah we will have funeral for him today before sundown so yeah, bye" the monitors went off.

The people start to gasp and started talking to each other.

"I can't believe people actually think he died from a heart attack"

"I have to go back to work now honey, we will talk about this later tonight ok?"

"Ok"

He walks away. I look to see him walk around the corner. He's gone. I look at Yvette. "Yvette! Jack wants to date me and I told him who I was Dating and now I think he gunna kill Hugo and then Hugo want to kill him and I don't know what to think about this" I breathe heavy.

"Calm down sweetie, just ignore Jack okay like don't bother to talk to him about dating okay just switch to a new subject when ever it comes ok"

I nod "ok" I hear the speakers go off. "Can my assistant Mars please come to my office..."

I get off my seat "well I gotta go"

I walk down the hall and start to think. What happens if Hugo tries to take Jacks spot, I can't let that happen he would just change.

I walk into jacks office. " there you are, I need you to send a bomb to Pandora, Sanctuary, immediately"

I look at him with confusedness. "But sir there are innocent people there"

"There are people there trying to take Hyperion down and if I don't take them down then we will all die!"

I go to the button. "Ok" I press it three times.

"Ah! No!" He yells

"What is it sir?"

"They have their shield around Sanctuary, but not for long! Angel you need to trick em into switching their shield with a fake okay?"

It's silent for a second

"Just do it ok!, now!"

He hangs up his phone.

"Uh sir, who was that?"

"My daughter, she's the one charging my vault key, cause yenno she's a siren, but it's taking forever and I have to kill those bandits so they don't try and take it away from me or else I can't des- I mean help Pandora!"

"Ah, well I could help you" I say

"You can? How?"

I can't believe I'm doing this but I don't want him to hurt Hugo.

"I'm a siren, I was not on Pandora? And brought back here from some guy, I forgot his name, I think it was namiako, or something, but if I charge the key for you I need eridium to help me"

"That is an excellent" he goes to his phone. "Angel you have been replaced sweetie, all you have to do is get those bandits dead alright" he hangs up. "This is gunna be great, we leave tomorrow  alright?" I nod and leave the room.

I walk down the hall and meet with Hugo.

"Hugo?!"

"Mars?"

"I need to talk to you" I pull him into my office.

"Listen, I'm helping Jack to stop Helios from being cut off"

"What do you mean?"

"I'm a siren"

"Why haven't you told me this before? Wait what does this have to do with helping Jack?"

"He has a vault key and it needs to be charged and vault hunters are trying to get it and he need me to charge it before they get to him"

"You could die, I could lose you"

"I agreed to do it, and if I die it's worth it because I am protecting Helios"

"Jack is just using you!"

"You don't know that!"

"Yes he is! Don't do this to yourself"

I look down."I trust him"

"You trust him? Well do you love him too?"

"Stop it, okay, just stop"

"Oh so you do?"

"Hugo look I just met him how could I love him?"

"No, your right, but I know this first hand and I'm not sticking around to just get my heart broken!" He storms off.

I start to cry... I think it's over between me and him.. But how.

I look up... He gunna pay for what he did to me!...it's gunna be way worse then the pain he did me!
