You're the demon that follows close behind.
The demon that whispers sweet secrets
Secrets that should never leave me.
The truths the wants you hold it all.
Even though I know you'll lose what's most important
I'll forever believe in your word
Though I try and shield your voice from my thoughts the screams of your core still
echo out
Just like a villain you stabbed me in the back
Twisting the knife like the key to my soul
Your the hatred deep in the depths of myself
I pushed myself down a well
now you claw up to the surface leaving me behind to rot like a co
As the spider lilies bloom and my life comes to a close A voice echoes through me with words I'll never forget
"forgive yourself"
My final thought hit harder then a train
With my last breath I ask a question "Why are you here"
Suddenly my body shocked awake there was flashing lights and next thing I
remember is him lying on my bed.
I wondered why his tears fell
He was holding the blanket I gave so long ago
from the deepest depths of my mind
you screamed Like a bad dream I remembered the cold solid water
as I plunged through the icy waters I held no regrets...
