Oh man. The Celestial Spirit king is going to kill me when he finds out what I did. But I can't say I'm sorry for starting that fight. 😈. After all, that pervert Taurus-sama needed a lesson on manners. And I bet I could've given him one if... Well, you know. Sigh. Anyway, I was sitting at the Zodiac Circle, when...
"AHHHHH!!!!" Gemini screamed.
"What, you little blueberries?" Aquarius asked.
"THE CELESTIAL SPIRIT KING IS COMING THIS WAY!!!!!!!!" Mini shouted.
"WHAT?!?" Everyone screamed in unison.
"We gotta hide Loke-sama somewhere!!" I hissed.
"But where?" Aries whispered.
"Perhaps I can help." I turned around to see Libra standing there. "I might be able to hide Leo under the Zodiac Circle."
"We got nooo choice." Taurus mooed. "Let's doo it."
Just then, Loke-sama woke up.
"Perfect timing." Libra said. "You think you can stand?"
"M-maybe." He rasped. Oh man. He's hurt really bad.
"Then..." Libra hauled him up, and supported/dragged/pulled him to the edge of the circle. "Jump!" She cried.
They disappeared into the void. Libra shoved him under the circle. Then, she used her magic.
Loke-sama floated gently onto the underside of the circle. Libra flew after him. And just in the nick of time too.
The Celestial Spirit King appeared.
"Hello," He said.
"Hi sir." We tried to sound casual.
"I see you all are still in great shape. No one is hurt, I hope?" The king rumbled.
"N-n-n-no." I stammered. Just then, I heard a sound underneath us that turned my blood cold; a muffled cough.
"Hm?" The Celestial Spirit King was about to look under the circle!
But then, Libra flew out.
"Hello sir." She greeted him respectfully.
"Hello Libra. What happened to your face?" Libra had smeared some of Loke-sama's blood on her face.
"I wasn't looking where I was flying, and I bumped into a building. I got a nosebleed."
You're a lifesaver!
"Oh." Said the King. "Well then, I'll go check on the other spirits then." He left.
I ran over to Libra. "You're a lifesaver, you know that?"
"Yup." She grinned. She lifted her hands, and Loke-sama flew out as well.
"Looks like your furry skin is saved, Capricorn." He smiled weakly.
Aries gently lay him down on the star again. Then, he fell asleep again.
"We got heal him fast, but how?" I asked the others. We looked at each other. Then, we said the same name:
"Lucy."
"Let's go!" Aquarius said. We all summoned ourselves to Lucy. She looked a bit surprised when we all appeared.
"All of you guys are here, except..." Lucy counted. "Where's Loke?"
"I, uh, we'll get to that later." I stammered.
Lucy raised an eyebrow. "Okay."
Taurus spoke. "Doo yoo happen to knoow any good healers?"
Lucy smiled. "I do actually. Wendy, and Porlyusica. But why? Spirits don't need healers."
"This one does." Aries whispered.
Lucy's eyes narrowed. "What happened?"
"We, Taurus, Capricorn-" Gemini stammered.
"What did you do?"
"Agh! Capricorn and Taurus were about to fight so Leo stood between them to stop it, but they didn't see him, so they attacked, and they were quite powerful, an they did a lot of damage, so now, Leo's drifting between life and death!"
Gemi babbled.
Lucy gaped at him. "But I thought spirits can't die."
I shook my head. "That's partially right. Spirits can't die like humans can, but, if they take enough damage, they might fade away, which leaves them disabled!"
Lucy turned around. "Wendy! Come here!"
The little girl bounced over. "What can I do for you, Lucy-San?" She asked.
"Can your magic heal Celestial Spirits?" Wendy shook her head.
"Sorry."
"Hey Lu-chan!" Levy called.
"What is it, Levy?" Lucy responded.
"I've read somewhere about a spell that can stop a spirit from fading away!"
"That's perfect!" Mini squealed. "Can you two come back with us?"
Lucy nodded. "Open, gate of the maiden, Virgo!"
The girl appeared. "Do you wish to punish me, princess?"
"No!" Lucy groaned. "Can you bring two pairs of clothing from the spirit world?"
"Of course, princess." She disappeared, and then, she reappeared with clothing. "Here you go."
The two girls went to the bathroom to change. When they came out, Levy was clutching at a golden book.
"Right then." I muttered. I grabbed onto their hands, and I went back to the spirit world. We appeared in the Zodiac Circle.
"I missed this place." Lucy said in awe, looking around. "Now where's Loke?"
Aries pointed at the star in the middle of the circle.
"Oh." Levy gasped. Loke-sama's skin was paler than when we had last seen him.
"Cast the spell!" Taurus mooed.
"Right." Levy raised her hands. "Oh 88 stars of the beautiful Heavens above, oh star that will never return to your kingdom, let the mighty void around you grant you life! Golden Raise!" The void began to create a light like no other, golden and beautiful. Starlight blasted out and enveloped the spirit world. When the light receded, Loke-sama's skin had returned to its' usual healthy colour, but all of the wounds were still there.
"Why aren't his wounds healed?" I asked.
Levy turned to look at me. "This spell prevents a spirit from fading away. It doesn't heal them. Now you just have to wait."
