Chapter 4

I saw the back of my eyelids finally after God knows how long, my eyes fluttered open, I looked around groggily and slowly stood and looked around, long stringy potential things caught the corner of my eye, I slowly turned around to see wires attached to me, with a swipe of my paw with my claws outstretched I ripped them all off and hissed as I hopped off the table. I sat down on the cold tile studying the room. Vet. Ugh figures. I stood up and arched my back in a stretch, a human came in and picked me up, I hissed and unsheathed my claws threateningly, my ears pinned to the back of my head as I bared my pearly whites, my fluffy tail swatted the air hitting the human's back. The human didn't care, I studied him and found a name tag "Carter Renolds, eh?" I meowed still studying him "hot much darling?" His chiseled jaw and his hard chest was perfect, he was very tall and muscular for someone his age, he seemed to be around 17 or 20... I snapped out of my trance and hissed before shedding my claws and batting his face warningly, Carter looked at me "that wasn't very nice", I hissed as I squirmed trying to get free of his grasp "hey I'm not letting you go so you can just stop it!" He said scrunching his eyebrows as he met my icy gaze, I growled and unsheathed my claws again and narrowed my eyes to slits challengingly, but before I realize he had been walking the whole time he put me in a pet carrier "here you are Mr.Backster be careful with that cat, she's violent and hostile" Carter warned, I let out this god forsaken caterwaul of fury, the carrier dropped, and I heard a few quick steps away, "good luck!" I heard Carter chuckle as he walked away, "what kind of demon spawn did Bermy nearly kill" I heard a semi deep voice mutter as I felt the cafe being picked back up after a few steps towards me, I hissed and stuck my paw through the cage door and flailed it about scratching at the air, soon I gave up after 'Mr.Backster' as the vet had called the mystery man put me into what I could only imagine as his car. He hopped into the drivers seat and started the car but got on his phone texting before he started driving, the drive was 20 minutes so I formed a plan while he drove, when we stopped and he turned off the car I mouthed some magic and the cage door opened silently, as did I hop into the drivers seat with the most smug angry look ever, when Mr.Backster looked up his mouth dropped, I smiled a little cat smile as I lifted a paw and unsheathed my claws and placed my paw on the seat and ripped up the seat, "That's enough demon spawn" he growled grabbing me by my scruff, oh yeah I was totally gonna go limp like any normal cat, I unsheathed all my claws and started shredding his hand  with my razor sharp claws until he dropped me, his hand was bleeding badly, he drew in a breath looking like he was about to scream but swallowed the breath and adjusted his black glasses, I tilted my head as I studied him, he had messy jet black hair, dreamy dark brown eyes that you could easily get lost in-   Hey! Not my fault he's cute!- he wore some handsome glasses, they were black, and we're more square than circular in almost any case, I caught myself drooling slightly then snapped out of my study, he was texting with his left hand, his face was bright with fury, I backed away arching my back as my fur stood on end as I hissed baring my lovely pearly white teeth which were extremely sharp, from sharpening my teeth on my enemies bones! Just joking! I have a spell that cleans my teeth, I seriously don't know why they're so sharp though. Mr.Terrance growled "Carter wasn't joking" he muttered, I hissed "no duh" but remembered I was a cat and humans can't understand cats. That's when the door behind me opened and I felt someone else grab my scruff, wearing gloves, of course mr.backster texted the person about me. I squirmed with my claws unsheathed and just went to town on the glove holding me by my scruff after they walked into the building my claws went through the gloves, I felt my claws cut through flesh before I was dropped, not for the first time in the past two hours either! This time it was a female voice "Bloody hell!" She grimaced slamming her right hand on the table after taking her shredded left glove off "the violent little bitch cut through my gloves!! Can we please just throw the thing outside, Sadi?!" She yelled, I nodded and smiled devilishly and meowed trying to say yes, but the man who's name was Sadi, according to blondie over there, shook his head and laughed "and let this thing roam around injured and murdering people with its claws? No, Brianca.", Brianca shifted "watch it demon spawn" she snapped as she stormed by me into the back room where I could smell mutts and other cats.
