Maddie's POV
Another day in hell! You see school isn't that bad,but since I moved to a new high school because of some stupid situation with my brother (I don't even know what happened!) it hasn't been the same.
The problem is at dancing, you see I love to dance, sing and act. But at my studio I'm not the favourite, Brynn is. So the comparison is horrible at dancing, everywhere even at dancing, competitions people will introduce me as The girl who came second to Brynn. I don't hate Brynn she's a really nice person and is one of my best friends but... You see Brynn is a beautiful girl and dancer. She has long, curly, dirty blonde hair with beautiful brown eyes. Have I got any hope. Anyway...
I get out of bed and get dressed in a ballet tights and a hot pink leotard with cheetah print on the back. I wear a t-shirt that says cool kids dance. I then put on some white lace shorts. I run down stairs and grab a banana and my backpack.
"Bye mum" I scream while running out the door quick enough to not hear an answer.
I start to walk up the street, staring at the cracked road. I start to sing.
"I'm bulletproof nothing to lose,
Fire away, Fir-"
"Beep" A car horn interrupts my singing. I look up, oh no. It's my brother and his idiotic friends
"Hey Maddie" Curtis says
While his friends are whistling and whooping.
"Shut up, that's my sister guys" Curtis says or yells.
"Beep" Another car horn goes off.
"Hurry up" A random guy yells while getting out from the car behind Curtis.
"I'm sorry for yelling In front of such a beautiful lady like you!" He says while looking into my eyes.
I blush. My brother starts to get angry while rolling his eyes.
"What is your name?" The mystery guy asks.
"Wouldn't you like to know, Daniel!" Curtis says while getting out of the car, venom spitting from his mouth.
"Oh hi Curtis"Daniel says very politely. Ignoring Curtis' rudeness. Feeling the tension I try to leave.
"I better get going or I'll be late to school. Nice meeting you Daniel. See you at home Curtis" I say while walking away.
"I'll drive you!" Daniel says stopping me in my tracks. I turn around about to reply but Curtis answers before I have a chance too.
"No she won't. Get in the car now" Curtis says while Will and Brendon take me to Curtis' car. Whispering something about gangs and idiot.
Will starts the car beginning to drive me to school. I try and ask what's going on but no one tells me. Like come on I deserve to know.I look around the car and think of who I could persuade.
Wait I remember hearing Tom and Brandon talking about Will having a crush on me. Maybe if I try and persuade Will to tell me what is going on. I can find out what they are talking about.
"So will" I say. He looks at me through the mirror.
"I really need to know what's going on? I get really scared with surprises and secrets." I say pretending to look sad.
I hear Tom and everyone in the car telling Will not to crack so I start to do the puppy dog eyes, which usually always work.
He starts to bite his lips as if his contemplating on telling me.
"Please, I'll do anything!" I say
"Anything" He asks with his eyebrows up!
"Anything" I reply feeling determined!
Everyone around us starts to tell him no, Why? It couldn't be that bad, Could it?
"Even a date?" He questions. His blue eyes sparkling with hope.
" If I'm allowed sure" I say. I don't see why not!
"Ok well then I'll tell you" He says looking unsure.
I wait for 5 seconds waiting for him to continue.
"Come on don't leave me hanging" I say while clicking my fingers in his face.
"Ok, your brother is................"
