I land on my back, winded from the fall. Jerry reaches a hand out and helps me up while everyone except gorge laugh at me for being such a klutz. "Common man everyone else got in just fine" Louis says to me laughing. I try to catch my breath to say something back but only get ought a weak cough. "Oh well, lets get to exploring this place" Louis says to the group. "Does anyone know what happened here? Because I have no idea" Jerry says. "No one does, or rather, no one will tell us. Did you forget why we came here?" I reply quickly. Jerry looks confused for a few seconds before responding "Were here because we shouldn't be" He said looking to me for confirmation. I give him a joking shove and reply "No idiot were hew because we want to know what happened". "So because were not supposed to be her, got yah" Jerry replied jokingly. "What ever lets look around" I say, before looking around and realizing that gorge is missing. "Wait wheres gorge" I ask. we all look around, calm at first but slowly becoming more and more worried. "GORGE" Louis calls out to the darkness. No response. "Fuck it, alright lets explore and keep an eye out for gorge" Louis says worry leaking through his calm words. Just then we hear a bang from upstairs, Louis and Ryan take off out of the room and we hear them going up the stairs. Jerry goes to take off after then but I grab him and tell him "Lets check downstairs, that way if they don't find him well at least have checked down here". Jerry nodded in agreement and slowly calmed down. "You think gorge just left" he asked me. "I have no idea" I replied honestly. There where two ways out of the dining room we where in, one to the stairs the other into the living room and both where almost pitch black. Jerry pulled out two flashlights and handed me one. "You go that way" He motioned to the living room " and ill go check over there, I'm sure they meet up somewhere". "Sounds like a plan" I said flicking on my flashlight and walking to the living room. "Stay safe" I quietly called back to Jerry, turning to look to see he was already gone. I laughed and turned back to face the dark room before stepping into the room letting the shadows swallow me.
