1 What Is He Hiding?

  "Give it up." Batman said as he stared down at the Joker. He tightly gripped the dagger, holding it against Joker's throat. An hour ago Batman had caught Joker smuggling dangerous weapons out of the city and they had been fighting ever since.
   The Joker chuckled "You really think you have won? I try time and time again but you always seem to win. Its really not fare." Joker stomped on Batman's foot causing him to jerk back, giving Joker just enough advantage to slip out of his grip and punch him in the gut.  "This time I actually put a lot of thought into my plan. More thought than usual anyway." Batman managed to grab Jokers wrist and twist it. Joker screamed but was cut of by someone chuckling behind Batman on the now abandoned  highway.
   "You actually used your brain?! Or did you hire someone to think for you?" Nightwing said as he emerged from the shadows. He came up beside Batman and they exchanged nods. Joker took that time to escape Batman's grip and take a few steps back.
   "You always have to bring a friend don't you? You know I hate being a third wheel." Joker said with a pouty face which slowly turned into a nasty grin. He was clearly out numbered and couldn't possibly escape, but his eyes told a different story. He didn't have the insane look in his eyes anymore, he looked as if he finally won; like he was hiding something.                                     They all just stood there for a while looking at each other. Batman and Nightwing studied Joker as if they could tell what he was hiding by looking at his face. Joker just stood there looking as if he owned the world. "What are you hiding Joker?"Batman threatened.
"Soon enough you will find out. I've created the greatest weapon yet, and this time you won't know what hit you." Joker laughed, filling cold night air with his voice. Before Batman or Nightwing could attack once more a ladder fell behind Joker and the air was filled will the sound of a helicopter flying not to far above them.
  "Im so terribly sorry but I have things to attend to. It was fun though, I always enjoy our little chats." He said as he was lifted into the night sky.
  "I don't like the sound of that, he sounds pretty confident in what he's got planned." Nightwing said as they walked down the road toward the Batmoblie.
  "Whatever it is all we can do is be prepared for now, until I can figure out whats going on." Bats said as he got into his car. Nightwing jumped in beside him and they both road off, wondering what Joker was planning as the first light appeared in the morning sky.

    Hey! What up? Morgan here! So this is my first book Im writing that is gonna have a LOT of action and I've never actually wrote action scenes so Im sorry if it's terrible Ill try my best I promise. :) I really love Batman and his amazing BatFamily so I decided to try and write a Batman Fan-Fic. Im gonna make a little bit of romance in it but its mostly gonna be action. If you want more Romance or Action or Mystery whatever just let me know in the comments I wanna make this book perfect so don't be afraid to let me know if I need to fix anything. ;) Sorry for the long authors note.
