They will Survive Together

Two Days Before the Tears Really Begin.....

John Sr. went check on Nicole and John at 12 in the afternoon, because they hadn't came down yet for lunch or breakfast... He walks in and sees cuddling with each other crying, but both of them are awake. He walks out very quickly they didn't even notice him. He thought about how this is on them and that they have to be the back bone for everyone and can't let anyone see them sweat. He wish they wouldn't hide it, but in the back of his mine he thought it was for the best, that he wouldn't know what to do if they weren't .

Nikki: John, I don't know what to do. I already miss her so much, I should have came and seen her more. I feel like such a bad person.

John: - he sits up- Don't feel like a bad person, my mother loved you and would talk to you for hours, about what for that long I will never know, but one thing I do know is that my mother loved you, and knew that you couldn't always be their. She did know though that she could always count on you, remember when she got her hip replacement, she called you and told you what was going on. You were their before anyone else was, you were their before and afterwards.

Nikki: -sniffs - I guess, but I do wish I spent more time with her. Are conversations were very interesting, since you want to know.

John: Okay okay, are all of y tears off my face?

Nikki: Here - she wipes the tears of his face - they're all gone, now make sure all of mine are gone.

-John wipes the tears off her face and they both get out of bed, John had to pull Nikki out of the bed. They both change in the room and five minutes later they are both in the bathroom washes their faces and brushing their teeth. They then proceed to walk down stairs together side by side. ( Nikki was wearing a Never Give Up bright yellow tank top and black leggings with her tennis shoes and John was wearing a navy blue V-neck and tan shorts with tennis shoes.)-

John: Sorry we are coming down so late, being on the road lately it feels kind of good to just sleep in.

Nikki: Yeah! We are really sorry, I hope we didn't mess up anyone's plans today.

John Sr.: No you didn't , I was just about to go and see you guys were up, but here you are. We are going at 1:30 to your moms house to start cleaning it out, before we leave I will give everyone a room to clean out and everything she wanted to give you guys, that was in her will. So everyone go and get ready while Nicole and John you sit in eat, while I clean up here are your plate.

Everyone: OKAY!

John: Thank you for making lunch for us, it is delicious!

John Sr.: Your Welcome, I want to tell you guys something that happened, this morning.

Nikki: What happened?

John: At about ten O'clock I went upstairs to see if you guys were awake and if you were coming down for breakfast. I knocked and I guess you didn't hear me, so then I walked in and saw both of you crying in bed. I just wanted to thank you guys, you are the backbone for all of us and that just show how great of leaders you are. Thank you guys, and I am sorry on walking into your guy's room.

Nikki: No it is all fine, I just feel bad that you saw us crying, we are here to be strong for all of you. We didn't want anyone to worry about us, we just were going to keep are problems to our self.

John: Yeah, I am really sorry dad, we are still going to be strong for the family. When we are in our room though just incase you were wondering at like night times we are just reflecting and sometimes it makes us cry.

John Sr.: Their is no reason to be sorry, everyone has emotions! I just wanted to thank both of you for being strong for the family, I don't think any of would have made it if you weren't here!
