Confession

I watched as Jungkook reached for his nose for the hundredth time since we started walking; I strangely found his rhinitis to be one of his most adorable features.

"So what do you want to do tonight?" he asked.

"Oo I have a great idea: remember when you turned 18 last month but we were too busy to do anything. Why don't we just celebrate it today!" I replied.

"I remembered on the morning of my birthday hobi-hyung and you sneaked into my room and tried to surprise me, but I wasn't even there because I ended up sleeping in the studio".

Jungkook began to laugh to himself but I didn't find it funny: the poor baby was practicing so hard for a dance that he had to present to PD Nim that he ended up only getting 4 hours of sleep at most over three days. It was like that with all of BTS really: always working and refusing to take care of themselves, it's what I hated about their jobs.

"You do realise that all we wanted to do is rub cake on your face before you woke up" I giggled to him. He rolled his eyes at me and grabbed my hand.

"Come on! I've practically been inside since I became a trainee, I want to breathe in some fresh air before I have to become a hermit again". He pulled me down into the lobby and out of the hotel doors.

It had gotten a lot warmer since I was out with Namjoon earlier, which meant I could show Jungkook all the wonderful little corners of Amsterdam I had discovered.

"So where are we going to go first?" He asked while nudging me on the shoulder.

"Surprises await you Kookie" I grinned back at him. Namjoon and I had visited most of the places in Amsterdam I thought Jungkook would enjoy, except for the massive annual winter fair they held in Vondel Park. I knew Jungkook hadn't been to a fair since he was nine year's old so maybe this would bring back some of his pre-pre debut memories.

Once we got to the park it was around 6pm and I could tell straight away by Jungkook's glowing eyes that this was the perfect place to take him.

"Rianna, I haven't been to a place like this since-"

"Yes, I remember you told me once how you, your family and your great grandfather had spent the day in a fair in Korea before he passed away". His face flinched a little. "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to make you upset".

"No, no that's the last thing on earth I am right now. I'm so happy, so happy to be here and relive my memories with my family. I'm so happy to get to be here with you". He smiled at me and tucked a price of my hair behind my ear. My cheeks flushed red: I was so flattered.

"Come on Rianna, let's not spend the whole evening staring, let's go party! On the Ferris wheel first though haha". He laughed.

Jungkook ran over to the Ferris wheel like a little child; bless the boy he was so excited that he couldn't even wait one more minute. He kindly paid for both of our tickets and we stood in line waiting for our turn. Suddenly a strong wind blew, almost knocking me off my feet.

"Hey, be careful okay. I don't want to have to take you the hospital before we get to ride this".

"What is your obsession with this thing!"

"It's my favourite ride because it was the only one I was tall enough to ride when I was little".

I raised eyebrow, well he was certainly tall enough now. We finally got in our seats and the wind was still blowing.

"Ah, Jungkook maybe this isn't such a good idea, it seems really windy" I whispered to him as we got into our carriage. But the boy seemed so fascinated by the bright lights of the city that he didn't really hear what I said.
