Jungkook spun his pen, skipping his eyes between the clock, the teacher and his notepad.

Come on... 5 more minutes.

You know when you're so conscious of time that it moves sooo slowly? Well this was the time for Jungkook.

blah blah blah was all Jungkook understood from the teacher.

Jungkook sunk in his chair longing for the school bell to ring.

Ringgggggggggg

"ok call I would like you to-" Jungkook had already left without letting the teacher finish.

He bolted through the halls retrieving his belonging along the way. He bolted out of the school ground being the first one to leave with all the other student just leaving the building.

Jungkook ran as fast as his legs and feet could take him, stopping at a small flower shop a few streets from the school.

Admiring all the healthy vibrant colored flowers that hung on the walls of the shop and on tables filled with them, there wasn't a bare spot in the shop with no flowers covering it.

"That time of the month again Jungkook?" The old lady who owned the shop welcomes Jungkook.

Jungkook replies with a nod.

"Alrighty then! fifteen thousand won Jungkook." She coughs as she pulls out six individual peonies and a bouquet of oriental lilies and gladiolus.

"It's cheaper than last month Mrs. Kwon. It's normally twenty five thousand won." Jungkook reaches into his wallet taking out twenty thousand won and handing it to her.

"Just a discount for my favorite customer. And favorite teenager." Mrs Kwon whispers as her grandson walks in from school but not quiet enough for him not to hear as she put the flowers in a little carry bag.

"Thankyou Mrs Kwon" Jungkook whispers back picking up the flowers.

"Hey!" Mrs Kwon grandson comes to a halt before opening the door to the 'Employees only' room and she giggles coughing a little bit later after.

Mrs Kwon takes Jungkook's change out of the cash register when she realises that Jungkook is already making his way out of the store.

"Jungkook! Your change!" She is waving the five thousand won in the air back and fourth.

"Keep it. Just a little more for my favorite florist and favorite woman." Jungkook smiles at her before exiting the store.

Mrs Kwon smiles putting the money back in the cash register. "Such a sweet boy, even after all he's gone through. Why can't you be more like him?" Mrs Kwon states as she hears her grandson exit from the 'employees only' room putting on an apron. He sends a light glare towards his grandmother.

***

Jungkook decided to just stroll to his destination as it wasn't far from the Mrs Kwon's Flower shop.

They'll like these

He looks inside the bag of flowers as he nears the entrance of where he was heading.

Jungkook let out a huge sigh as he read the entrance sign 'Cemetery'.

Jungkook entered and navigated his way around knowing exactly where he was going. He stopped in front of six identical head stones reading six different names. He lay one peony on the bottom of each and sighed with a little smile. Then moving on to a grave on the immediate left of the six.

'Kim Taeji, 27th December'

Eight months

Eight month since she was gone from his life.

Her last words echoed through Jungkook's brain. "I know we'll meet again, but I can wait." and "Live your life well you hear me."

Those two sentences ran think and thin making a tear emerge from Jungkook's eyes running down his soft cheeks.

Jungkook wiped he's tears and turned around starting to walk home.

***

Jungkook throws his bag on his bed then to sit at his bay window and hugged his knees placing his head on the top of them. He opened to window for fresh air.

How have I lasted this long?

In the mist of his thoughts, Jungkook wasn't aware of what was going on around him.

Two figures who moved too fast for Jungkook to process their appearances, knocked him out cold with one blow to the head.
