Melody's POV: -beep-beep-beep- 6:30 am reads my alarm clock. I slowly roll out of bed and start to get dressed. I put on a pair of black high waisted shorts and my "boss" lose crop top. I then throw on some makeup and then do some lose waves in my hair then head down stairs to put on my shoes. I put on my black and white vans and head out the door to my car. I head to Starbucks and grab a coffee then go to school. Once I park I get out and head over to my beastie Ella. "Hey Melody! What's up?" She calls. "Hey" I say as we head to our lockers and grab the stuff we need for our first 3 classes. After a long, long and boring day I go home and say hi to my mum as I grab a snack and go to my room. I take out my homework and my phone and sit on my bed. I put on some music and start with my math homework. Half way to being done my phone buzzed. It was from a unknown number so I just didn't look at it until it went off again so I decided to just look at it.
"Hey melody! How are you? I miss u so much!!"
I had a idea of who it might be but I wasn't sure so I replied.
"Umm I'm sorry but do I know you? How do u know my name and why the hell are you missing me?" I know it may sound a little rude but for real who is the person?!
"Omg I can't believe u don't remember me!! IT'S ME MATT!!!
OMG I have missed Matt so much since he moved he was my best friend ever since we were like 5!
"OMG Matt I've missed u so fricken much!! Did u get a new phone I thought I had ur number?"
"Yes I did I'm sorry but I wanted to tell you that we are moving back down there so Now we can hang out all the time again!!!!!"😄
"OMG yay I can't wait to see u! Text me when u land"
"Ok will do bye"
"Bye👋"
Omfg I'm so happy matts moving back I've missed him so much "YAYYYY!!!" I screamed at the top of my lungs! I must have scared my mum because she came running upstairs yelling "WHAT?! WHAT?!" I screamed again "MATTS COMING HOME!!!" She laughed and told me to get some rest because it's getting late so I just went to bed and dreamed about what it will be like with Matt back home.
