Chapter 1
Marv's pov
I was getting some groceries then I went to put them in my car. I saw a boy with blond hair looking around. I think I recognized him. I opened my door. I knew the kid might get scared. He didn't get in his parents car. This concerned me. I called to him.
"Kid!" I said
He stopped and saw me. He started to run but I caught up with him.
"Hey take it easy kid" I said
"Get away from me!" He said
"Kid it's ok I won't hurt you" I said
He looked at me unshurly. I knew he was having a hard time trusting me.
"Come on kid where are your parents? Why were you looking around like that?" I asked
"They left me we were supost to go on a trip" he replied
I was concerned poor kid this is the third time he's been left alone.
"Listen why don't you come with me kid?" I said
"No!" He said
He tried to run again but I caught him by the arm.
"It's all right Harry and I won't hurt you" I said
He refused to come so I pulled him to my car. The poor kid looked at me frightened. He let me put him in the car.
"You'll be safe with us"
"Your making that up" he said
I sighed I didn't blame him
I was getting nerves. I hoped Harry would take this well. I didn't want to leave him.
"Just relax kid"
I started the car and we drove. We drove a few hours when we got to the house he still looked nerves.
"Come on it's all right"
He got out nervously. He tried to get away again but I took his arm. I'm not very smart but he didn't fool me.
"Don't run kid come in the house with me" I said
He followed me to the house we went in. I knowtist that Harry was not here maybe he was in his room.
"Are you hungry?" I asked
"Not really" he replied
"Ok do you have any extra pants?"
"Yeah why?"
"You should change if Harry sees you in ripped pants he will get annoyed"
"Why would he care about my pants being ripped?" He asked
"I don't know Harry likes people wearing cloths without rips in them" I said
"Ok" he replied
"What's your name kid?" I asked
"Kevin" he said
I pointed and told him where the bathroom was. Kevin left. I got a snack. Harry came out of the room.
