Chapter 26
Kevin's pov
A few minutes later my bread was done Harry took it out for me. I got out a knife and put butter on it. I put the knife in the sink then sat at the table.
"Remember kid you can read for a little while then we're cleaning" he said
"I know!" I said annoyed
"Don't give me an additide kid" he said
I sighed but kept quiet. I ate my toast. After I was done I went back to the couch and read more of my book. A few minutes later I stopped and put my book away.
"Ready to sweep?"
"Yes"
He told me where the broom and dustpan were. I put the dustpan on the table. Harry looked at me.
"Make sure you sweep everywhere then when your done do the dishes il be back in here later to check on you" he said
Harry looked at me one more time then went to his bedroom. I made sure to sweep everywhere. When I was done I did the dishes there were a lot! After a few minutes I was done. I got thirsty I was sweeting I wiped my forehead with the back of my hand. I got a chair from the kitchen because I couldn't reach the cups. I put it near the sink stood on it and opened the cuberd I found some small cups I took it but it slipped from my hands it was quick I couldn't catch it pieces flew everywhere. Great! Il have to sweep that up. I knew Harry wouldn't be happy about this. I sighed annoyed that I dropped it. I started to sweep up the glass.
