Taehyun walked downstairs to see Soobin having some breakfast in his hands "So...Am I thinking right?" Taehyun asked and Soobin looked away, his ears red. "your ears gave my answer" Taehyun said, chuckling.

"Not like you didn't" Soobin said, looking at Taehyun who blushed "Yea Yea, take care of my brother-in-law." Taehyun said before walking away to get breakfast making Soobin chuckle.

A week later

Seoul, South Korea

Yeonjun got out of the car after soobin. Ryujin stood outside the castle, waiting for Them and squealed when she saw Yeonjun and Soobin.

"Omg, i missed you both so much" She said, hugging them tightly "We missed you too" Yeonjun said, smiling as he hugged her back. "And where are those two idiots?" Ryujin asked "Probably stopped for something." Yeonjun added

"You guys left together so i thought you will come together too" Ryujin Said, "Oh yea...the luggage got too much" Soobin replied

The second car rolled up the drive just as the sky turned lavender behind the castle towers. Ryujin stood at the top of the stone steps, arms folded but eyes warm as Taehyun stepped out, followed by Beomgyu.

“You’re late,” she said, raising a brow. “Don’t tell me Beomgyu made you stop for coffee again.”

Beomgyu smiled innocently as he approached. “We had a long drive. And besides, you didn’t complain when I brought you that maple toffee from The store."

She kissed his cheek lightly. “That was my bribe. Not a pass.”

Yeonjun chuckled beside her. “I told you she’d keep receipts.”

“So,” Ryujin said, glancing between Yeonjun and Soobin, “how was Niagara Falls? Did you do the touristy thing or get lost somewhere romantic?”

Soobin smiled shyly. “A little of both.”

Yeonjun added, “We did the boat ride into the falls. Soobin screamed more than the water did.”

Beomgyu snorted. “You scream during fireworks.”

“They were loud!”

Ryujin shook her head, the corners of her lips tugging upward. “I missed this chaos.”

As they started walking into the castle, Soobin paused at the front door.

A cream-colored envelope sat neatly on the doorstep. Sealed with wax — dark crimson, marked with a crescent moon and feather.

“Uh… Yeonjun?” he said, crouching to pick it up.

Yeonjun turned. “What’s that?”

“No name. No address. Just this weird seal.”

Beomgyu peered over Soobin’s shoulder. “Weird. Looks old.”

Ryujin stepped forward, her expression shifting. Calm, but sharp. She took the envelope from Soobin and studied the seal.

“I’ve seen this before,” she said softly. “A long time ago.”

Taehyun looked up. “Should we open it?”

Ryujin didn’t answer immediately. She slid the envelope into her coat pocket like it was something delicate. Or dangerous.

“Not tonight. You boys just got back from Canada. There’s warm food, and I know Soobin hasn't had real soup in two weeks.”
