First Love

The First Day

I had just got done talking to my counselor about my new schedule. She also gave me a person to show me around the school. His name was bobby.
Bobby was showing me my second class which was weight lifting. As soon as i walked in my ass regretted it. At my old school i had only needed one P.E class so having to move to a block schedule and taking another one was dreading for my ass.
"Hello my name is Jose", said some big buff light skinned dude. "Ummm hello", I respond with a little mug. Ugh why is he looking at me like that? "What's your name?", he asked me. "My name is Lovely and yes it's my real name", I say.
"That's unique", he says as he winks at me. Well I should give him a chance she thought. But just as friends!
We got to talking and got to know each other. His a nice guy and could be a good friend maybe I'll give him a chance at friendship I silently thought to myself .
As the bell rung we walked out together and my ass was totally lost so i asked Jose for help.
"Ugh I don't know where my next class is could you help me please?, I asked Jose. "Of course", he says while looking down at the paper to see the class room number. "Oh that's just up here in the arts building, here I'll walk you." "Awe thanks"
My first day at my new school went pretty well. I had lunch with my roommate Nyshia so i didnt have to worry about eating by myself and Jose helped me out with all my classes. Now I'm on the way back home.
I have been in foster care every since I turned 16. I'm now two months away from being 18 and is living in an independent home. I just moved here. Four hours away from where i lived before.
Nyshia is my first friend ive made since I've moved down here. Nyshia also lives with me too but she's here because her mommy was a crack head and abused her.
