It's been 2 months since I went to talk to August. He's been blowing my phone up non stop I didn't bother answering not once. He thinks I need him when I don't. I been had shit before he came in the picture and I still do without him. My child will be perfectly fine he or she won't need for any thing. I heard August and Lola are together good for them. I mean im not gon lie and say I don't have any feelings toward him but I can't be stressing myself out over this stuff for the sake of my baby. Today Mama Sheila is having a big cookout at her house here in Los Angeles. I wasn't gonna show up but I can't do her like that. Her , Chandra , summer & Kayla have been there for me so far with this pregnancy. So im gonna show her my love by coming regardless of the situation with August and I. Being pregnant is kind of weird, Im not really that big yet I have a small pudge but you can tell im pregnant. I have been eating a lot lately and Kayla stops by to make sure I take my prenatal vitamins like im some kind of kid. I love her a lot for checking up on me even though she's pregnant herself. She's almost 6 months and she's huge. Her baby shower is some time tomorrow so I have been busy shopping getting a bunch of stuff for my nephew . Yes I said nephew.. Kayla and Desean are having a baby boy. Im so excited to meet him. I jumped at the sound of my phone ringing scaring me a little.

Me: hellooooo?

Chandra: open the door!

I hung up walking to the door and opening it.

"Why is your ass not dressed come on Lee Lee" cha cha said .

"Ugh I'm about to go get dressed chill out." I said.

*1 hour later

We pulled up at mama Sheila's house it was packed. Me and cha cha got out of the car heading inside. When we got inside I saw august's aunts, uncles , and cousins the rest were friends. I spoke to everyone and made my way to the kitchen seeing mama.

"Aweeee look at my baby! Lee Lee you're glowingggg!" Mama Sheila squealed in excitement hugging me and kissing my cheek.

"Hi mama enough with all the kissing" I said

"Oh girl hush! What you want to eat?" She said

"A hot dog , some pasta salad, deviled eggs, baked beans and potatoe salad with a soda" I said

"You are just getting greedier and greedier & you know you can't have soda what else?" She said making my plate and sitting it on the island table in the kitchen.

"Ugh fine fruit punch" I said sitting down and digging into my plate as she sat the can of fruit punch on the side of my plate.

"So talk to me why are you still ignoring August ?" She said sitting across from me.

"Because ma he really hurt me. He did me so dirty and I was nothin but faithful and loyal to him" I said looking down

"I know Lee Lee love hurts but you can't keep him away from the baby. My grand baby is gonna need a father in his or her life just as well as she will need her mother." She said looking me dead in the face

"I guess I'll forgive him if he apologizes." I said stuffing my face with baked beans.

"Good . Now I'll be out back putting more stuff on the grill finish your food" she said getting up and going out back.

I was bored sitting alone so I pulled my phone out getting onto Twitter. Social media has been even more wild with the rumors since me and aug broke up. I haven't been tweeting so I decided to tweet.

"You never know what you have until it's gone." Everyone went wild retweeting and favoriting it . I also took a selfie and posted it. my caption said "im always good😌"

After sitting my phone down and locking it . August and Lola walked in. I just acted as if I didn't see them and got up putting my plate in the trash walking upstairs to use the restroom. I can't hold my pee in it's like when I have to go I really really have to go. When I was done using the bathroom I was in the middle of washing my hands when I heard someone knock on the door.

"Hold onnnn" I said as sweet as I can. I opened the bathroom door seeing August.

"we gotta talk" he said blocking the door.

"About what?!" I said

"You , us and my seed" he said

"Oh now it's your seed ? Look I don't have time to play with you Augu-" before I could finish he pushed me in the bathroom closing the door and locking it.

"Look ma! I was mad when you showed up to my house , I wasn't thinking. I was hurt that you left so I was tryna hurt you by saying some foul shit. Im so sorry ma I never meant to hurt you. I want you , I want us together as a family. He said holding me by my waist.

I removed his hands from around me. "You can be in your child's life but as of me and you im cool off that. You have Lola"

"Man that's not my girl Lee! She can't gimme what you gimme. Im ok with not having you for right now but I'm gonna do whatever it takes to have you and start our family." He said

"Ok" I said walking away

He looks stressed out but whatever.

The rest of the cookout was laughs and talks a lot of people were drunk. It was getting late so I decided to head home. Everyone was sitting in the living room. I gathered all my things kissed mama Sheila on her cheek , told cha cha I'll call her and made my way out the door but before I could get to my car August ran outside

"Have a goodnight ma I'll text you." He said

"Yea sure" I nodded . Getting into my car and pulling off.

Today was a long day when I got in my condo I showered and laid in bed texting the group chat.

Kayla👯: how did the cookout go Lee Lee?

Me: it was fine August and I talked we made an agreement to co parent but he says he's gonna do what ever he needs to get me back.
