The young master and Sebastian had left to go participate in a case for the Queen. It included a circus. As soon as they left Miss Eliza had fallen down coughing.
Mey-rin had sent her to the bathroom and it didn't seem to work. We could hear her throwing up and coughing from outside the bathroom door. It was enough when we decided that Eliza needed to go to the hospital for a checkup.

It was a typical day. We were going to bring Miss Eliza to the hospital. We didn't have any worry about the manor aside from getting brutally murdered or hurt by Sebastian or the young master.
When we stepped outside the fresh air it was a little cold and the manor was quite warm inside so it hit us like a huge boulder on the top of a mountain's sharp and room less top.
Eliza was still coughing. It was terrible. Her coughs had gotten worse and she was turning pale. Pale as paper. We hurried her over to the hospital passing the circus on the way.
Eliza had told us what happened with her and Sebastian and we were already worried about her well being.

"Miss it looks like you're pregnant." The doctor rresponded. "Pregnant?" Eliza said surprised and we repeated after her. "Pregnant?" "You mean she will have a baby." I said.
"Yes, it seems she will." The doctor said looking at his clipboard. We left the hospital taking turns touching Eliza's belly and we actually felt the baby moving.
It was weird, in a good way. She ran to the circus and we tried to stop her but she peeked inside the tent. As soon as she did horror, sadness, anger it was all there; it filled her face.
Curious we peeked into it and saw the surprise if out life. Sebastian was doing the thing with another girl. Eliza ran away and we chased after her calling out ,"MISS ELIZA!!"
Then Bard, Mey-rin and I decided to yell it out. "MISS ELIZA RUNNING THAT FAR AND THAT FAST ISN'T WELL FOR A BABY!!!!"
She stopped and looked at us, breathless. She sat down on the bench, sobbing her heart out. "H-He did it to a-a-another girl." She said between sobs.
"I can't raise a baby knowing this. I-I-I have to l-leave the manor."
"Bu-But-" we tried to protest but she wouldn't make up her mind.
Sebastian was the one who got her pregnant and he has no care. "But where will you go?" I asked. "I'll live with my mother and father like I used to before I got to the Phantomhive Manor. At the Undertaker's." She responded.
Sebastian caused a girl pregnant but he has no care in the world about it. Maybe William was right. Find out!
