Chapter 3- Need a Ride?

I walked down the now empty hallways pacing back and forth.

"Need a ride?" A familiar Italian accent rang out from behind me.

"Not from you," I sneered.

"Ouch," he put his hands up and smirked. "Wanna pay me down officer Stiff."

I simply scoffed and began to walk in the other direction.

"Please? My treat," I could tell he was walking towards me.

"Get away," I growled, my fangs were coming out. I turned to face him and snarled at him and he also had his fangs out. He quickly withdrew his when he saw my eyes turning black. He backed off.

"Thank you, I think I will take your offer," I said walking past him to his car. He was love struck, venerable, trusting. Poor guy.

He spun the keys around one of his finger and started to strut. Oh how he deserved to be slapped. I popped open the car door and slid in the sleek vehicle.

Nice! I wish my car was like this. Too bad it's not, I wonder.... (Evil plan)

I hopped out of his car, unfamiliar with my surroundings. Where was I?

"Here we are pup," he had his arms across his chest.

I looked around too see a giant forest, it was beautiful. The trees where dark green and light brown, the autumn leaves we crisp under my feet.

"Cool right?" He said smirking, but not one of his I'm the best and you are a fool smirks, it was more of a it's pretty cool, it's amazing.

"Where are we?" I raised my eye brow.

"In Fox Woods," he said holding my hand, "you know you are beautiful, don't you?" He moved a loose strand of hair out of my face. The butterflies in my stomach were fluttering. Despite my feelings I couldn't let my guard down.

"Cut the crap, why didn't you bring me home?!" I yanked my self away from him and growled.

His eyes turned dark and his fangs where comings out, I started to back away but my back hit a tree. He came up to me and boxed me in.

"Why so scared pup?" He pecked my neck, and then, he marked me!

"What the hell?!" I screamed at him.

"Mate, you are my mate. For life," he stepped back.

"I am not your mate, I am an alpha! I do not want you as my mate!" I actually really did but he couldn't know that.

"You will want me soon enough," and with that he got in his car and drove away, leaving me here to cry!

I morphed into wolf and ran home, tracking my scent.

As soon as I walked in the door, my mom rushed up too me.

"Oh my, Niki are you hurt?" She asked noticing my tears, then her eyes drifted down to the mark on my neck.

"Mom, I found my mate," she looked happy and gave me a hug.

"Oh what's his name? I can't wait to meet him, do I know his parents? Is he important in the this pack?" She bombarded me with questions.

"His name is Nate, no, and yes," I answered speedily.

"What does he do in our pack?" She smiled wide.

"Well...." I looked down at the floor, "he isn't from this pack, and more news, he is the Alpha of the Polar Wolf Pack." Her smile dropped as quick as Miley Cyrus's brain levels. (That's very fast btw).

She had tears in her eyes and I had tears running down my face.

"What do I do?" I hugged her again.

"Don't upset him, just be kind and don't cause a war." And with that she left me there.

I marched up both of the stairs and flopped onto my couch to watch some tv.

Clack! Clack! Bang!

Some one was throwing rocks at my very high up window so it had to be another wolf. I walked over, pausing my movie, and looked out the window. Nate stood there howling like an idiot.

"What do you want," I yelled.

"To come in, Hooowwwllll!" My neighbors had turned on their lights.

"Fine! But you better shut up you moron!" I said rushing down stairs to go get him.

"Hey there," he said as I opened the door, and I did my signature scoff and eye roll.

"I'm here to take you to a party! You know the things you never get invited too," he outstretched his hand.

I slapped it away, "I'm not even dressed to go, and I do go to parties, I'm just to crazy. You couldn't handle it," I stuck up my nose.

"Go get ready, mate," I shivered when he said the word.

"Fine, but only because I didn't want to stay in tonight," and I rushed up the stairs leaving him there alone.

I ran into my closet and took out my shortest pair of jean shorts and a plain dark blue cropped tank top. I slid on my high tops and ran back down stairs. He was talking with my mom. Crap.
