Pipers POV

I was always confident and happy with who I am. No one could tarred me down, because whatever negative thing they ever said about me, I would always prove them wrong by improving in everything. And that actually helped me in life. It made me a straight A student, which gave me the advantage to play more football with no problems what so ever, making me more strong and confident, and that made me abel to do more things in life, like playing guitar, singing and I do some skating. My world was perfect. And now its soft more year, and I was ready.

As my friends Finn, Dean and Caleb and I walked into the school, we saw some people who remembered us from freshmen year... Mostly because I did football and I played as the Cornerback. When ever girls ask me "Why do you do football? Thats for boys." And Boys are all like "Arn't you scared that you'll get dirty?" And I'm all like "I don't care if I get dirty. Thats actually part of the reason I do football." And next game, it all about proving to them I can do football just as well as anyone. My thoughts were interrupted when I saw my locker number. I spun the combination inane filled it with my books. "So, Piper... Going to do football again this year?" I herd the wide recover from last years team a.k.a, Trisetion say. "Oh, locker friend." I thought. "Yes, obviously." I said.

"Good. Your a great player. The team would have never had scored that winning point last year in the champion ship if it wasn't for you." He said.

"Well, I did have a pretty cool touchdown that last 30 seconds."

As we walk down the hallway Caleb, Finn and Dean met up with us. We all had the same first class which was History. At history someone passed a note to me. It said that it was from a girl named, Denice. "Oh. Her." I thought in discuss. I open the note and what I read makes my hart drop. "You haven't been talking about trying out for football as much as last year... Are you scared? You probably are because the ugly ones are always the scared ones." It said. I'm not scared... But I am I ugly? After lunch I told Dean what happened. "I know your not scared, and I don't think you should worry about looks." He said. "I have to do something to show I'm not afraid, not football. I already use that sport to prove them wrong." I said catching the football in my hands. "Prove them wrong," I thought as we walked off to football auditions.
