Hey guys so I didn't update my story last week because it was exactly the same as last week but I had a different riding instructor.
This week things were a little different......
So today I had a bad feeling something bad was going to happen to me all day and even while I was riding. My sister asked Michaela if she could do a little no stirrups work and she said yes but that wasn't including me. We done our normal lesson walk trot canter and for about the last 10/15 minutes we BOTH had to do no stirrups work and I got kinda nervous. So we both took our stirrups up over the horses shoulders and done walk trot and canter in the sitting trot I felt like I was falling to one side and almost fell off about 4/5 times because I kept slipping to one side. It was much easier to sit to the canter with no stirrups because all of your weight was already being used and you could sit deep in the saddle. When I came out of the canter the trot was really fast and I started to slip to one side and then I fell off! I fell backwards and landed on my back, it really hurt and I had also landed funny on my leg and that was really hurting. I just laid there for a bit because I couldn't move my leg because it was really hurting and then Michaela came over to me and then I sat up for a few seconds before she helped me up. I was limping over to jim because I couldn't put pressure on my leg properly but Michaela told me to get back on because it would be the best hing to do she helped me on by giving me a leg up and that kinda hurt but hen we had to do rising trot with no stirrups!! How is it even possible? I completely failed at that and when I was kicking Jim on to keep him on to keep him in the trot my leg was hurting so j started to kinda give up until the end of the lesson. When I got off I headed straight to the car to sit down and then when I got home I had lots of bruises on my back from where I had fell off and then my back started to ache so I'm gonna be pretty scared for my next lesson guys and will update next week if the week after depending on when I have my next lesson bye guys!
