Just another boring Sunday night. I thought miserably to myself, going through random sites on the net. My stomach grumbled angrily. I poked it to hush it down.
Hi, my name is Mikii Smithstone. I'm 16 years old and I have brown hair with natural blonde through it. I have blue eyes that change to green in different times. My most recent occupation: Vampire hunter. I train well and have great skill in fighting.
"Shut up!" I mumbled, getting out of the office chair in my room and going down the stairs to the kitchen. "What were you yelling at?" Mum came out and stood at the bench. "Stomach." I mumbled, opening the fridge. My Mum didn't look much like me, I took more off my father's side of the family. She has long, black hair with chocolate brown eyes that change to black when she's pissed off. "There's ham and cheese in the fridge so you can make toasties. We're going out for a few hours. we found one of the vampire covens and are planning to destroy it." I nodded and pulled out the ham and cheese. "And I'm guessing I'm not allowed to go because it's too dangerous." I mumbled miserably, making a sandwich. "No, you can come." I looked up at Mum, happiness sparkled in my eyes. "Really?" I asked, taking a bite. "No!" Mum chimed, laughing. I looked at her blankly and walked out. "Good luck! Hope you don't get drained to death!" I spoke with my mouth full. "Thanks Honey!" I walked up to my room again and sat on my window seat, looking at the dead quiet street that it was nightly. "So fucking bored!!" I mumbled, huffing and walking into the bathroom. I took a really long hot shower, getting dressed into my black flannies and a black tank top. I grabbed out my sketch book, MP3 and my pencil case. I started to draw in all random anime things and attempting to draw something real life, failing miserably. "Mikii! It's time for bed. You have school tomorrow. Yay! School tomorrow! I cheered sarcastically in my head. "Yeah! Night everyone!" I brushed my teeth and dove under my covers, sleep chasing my thoughts quickly.
"Mikii! Up now!" Mum yelled at me and I sat up as I usually do. I walked into my wardrobe and picked out something to wear for the day. A black long-sleeve top with a white singlet over the top and a thin scarf that I wrapped around my neck with jeans that went down to my knees with black high top Converses. I put on a little bit of makeup. It was mainly eyeliner, mascara, lip-gloss and a little bit of concealer to cover up a scar I obtained from a vampire when I was 6. I still remembered it like it was yesterday. I grabbed my bag and stuffed in a few extra things for school before heading down the stairs and out of the door to the bus stop down the street. I swung my messenger bag over my body and looked at all the people in the orange street. Autumn wasn't getting as cold as winter yet. I pulled back my brown and blonde hair into a rough ponytail, leaving my bang out. I gained a lot of disgusted glares from people in the street. Nobody knew the existence of vampires but I was the only child in the street, that's why I got glares. I stood at the bus stood and five minutes later it decided to rock up, roaring down the street. I got and went to the back of the bus, watching all the houses zoom by. The bus jolted and I saw the school in front of me. "Everyone off the bus!" The bus driver yelled. I got out of the bus by the second exit in its side. I walked into the school and the bell went off. I walked to my tute in the library and the bell rang sooner than I expected. I got up and made my way to English. "Good morning class~!" Miss Fanbook chimed like she always did, bugging me deeply. "We have a new student today." I looked up from the graffiti on the table to see a really cute guy. His hair was extremely dark brown, almost black, with a bang that covered one of his bright green eyes. "Please introduce yourself to the class." Miss Fanbook sat down at her desk, leaving him up there alone. "I-I'm Drake S-Stroker." He spoke timidly to the class, not looking up from the floor. Everyone mumbled a 'hi' or 'hello', the popular kids saying a clear 'whatever.' "Your seat is next to Mikii Smithstone. Mikii, please raise your hand." I lifted my hand straight into the air. He nodded and started making his way down the aisle of desks but was tripped over by a jock. "Assholes..." I mumbled, getting up and walking to him. "Here." I offered a hand down to him that he took and I pulled him up. His hand was really cold but I shrugged it off. "You okay?" He only nodded and a bimbo stood up. "Look! Emo bitch is starting on the noob!" She laughed and the class joined in. My eyes quickly darted to here and gave her death glares. Her smile faded and she sat her butt back down in the chair. "Ignore them, they're all sluts." I muttered to him, he flashed a smile with little fangs in it. He passed me and took a seat at the desk next to me. I swallowed hard and took a seat in my chair, avoiding eye contact with him. The annoying bell rang again. I ran down the aisles and was the first out of class. I started making my way down the hallway towards Maths. I felt a tap on my shoulder and I stopped, spinning around to face Drake. "What's wrong?" I asked looking at his worries expression. "I need help getting to my next class, can you help me please?" I looked at him blankly, I wasn't going to fall for his act so easily. "Only if you tell me if your fangs are real or fake." I spoke in a monotone voice. I saw the anger build in his soft green eyes. "Did you see them?" He asked in a dumbfounded voice. I nodded and folded my arms across my chest. "Don't play coy with me." The rage was now going into overflow. His hand reached out and caught my throat, pinning me to the lockers behind me. "I thought vampires were allergic to sunlight?" I asked breathlessly, my hands reaching up to his and I tried to pry his fingers open. A sick smile spread across his face of delicate features. "That's what we all wanted you to think." I smiled, even though I was gasping for air. "Thanks for the tip, I'll have to tell the other vampire hunters." His smile faded, forcing me higher off the ground than I was, panic entering his eyes. "No! Please don't tell anybody!" I kept trying to pry his fingers away from my throat. "I dunno about that one." I felt the darkness starting to come in, welcoming me in. "You'll have to let me go but I will still probably tell them because its not going to heal a scar." I his grip tightened and blacking out was closer to me. "Don't tell any one and I'll let you go. If you don't keep that promise, then I shall drain you right here right now." His fangs grew twice the size of what they were when he smiled. "I dare you to." I smiled, not knowing what forced me to play with him when he was the one whom controlled my fate. He pulled me closer to him, looking me dead in the eye. I struggled for another breath and managed to kick him in the stomach. He groaned loudly and dropped me onto the floor where I rolled onto my back and took in deep breaths of air. Within seconds of breathing in air, Drake was on top of me and pinned down my hand and legs. "Let me go!" I hissed at him, only making him smile and laugh. "Why should I? I would like to see your hunter skills." He grinned down at me and I started to think about what I could do with pinned down limbs. I forced my legs up and flipped him over, now I was on top and I controlled him. I pinned him down firmly with all my strength. He looked up at me surprised. "Defeated!" I laughed in his face, getting up and offered a hand down to him. He looked at me confused as I pulled him up as soon as he took my hand. "If you don't kill me, I won't spread the little discovery I've made. Deal?" I asked taking a very steps away from him. His green eyes showed curiosity and looked like they were hiding something. "Deal." He huffed following me as I started making my way to Maths.
