"How would you like to...be like me?" Master questioned, rose eyes narrowed slightly as a...what is it called again...spike? smurf? SMIRK! Master's eyes narrowed slightly as a smirk took over Master's lips.

Like Master hm? Well. What does Master mean by that? "How?"

Master ruffled my head fur, making me sneeze a few times. Master chuckled before continuing. "I mean, would you like to be near me all day, even around the boy in blue? You can help me in taking care of the manor; I'm sure I could teach you what you need to know fairly qui-"

Before Master could finish, I had already wrapped my arms around Master's tummy and nuzzled Master's chest. So warm... "I would very much like to help Master!"

Master's warm hand came up to my head and gently pet my fur; the human purr coming out of my lips. "Then it's settled," Master's head rested lightly on mine, Master's warmth ensnaring me. "Tomorrow, I will introduce you to Ciel."

I could only smell my Master, the cologne he wore, the faint aroma of the sugar from some cake I had noticed that came off the Blue Boy, fire smoke from Sparky Sparky Boom Man's fire breather; and then, under each of those smells, buried deep into Master's very skin was a smell that reminded me of a rotten egg. I think I heard some men in town describe that scent as sulfur. I took in each scent of my Master, as though it would be the last time Master held me this close. With a smile, I closed my eyes before a feeling of weightlessness took over.

Guess who's getting introduced to the family tomorrow?? YOU. Pfft. Anyhow, I hope you liked. Short again, but there is a reason this time- besides my usual laziness....
