The famous athlete: Dandrage Hernandez decided to resign in his sports due to his injury that can't be cured. This injury, however, wasn't mentioned but reporters let it threw.
What? That's the first thing that came in my mind as I furiously continued on reading the article I saw about him. You might say I'm a stalker but do it your way. Since the 'stalker' I am. I completely, truly, madly, deeply I fall in love with him, Not just because his famous and very good at sports. But I had to.
"I wanted to explore more of my talents. I know sports is not the only thing I'm good at. Who knows? I might be the next Steve Jobs in the future" Says Dandrage which lets the interviewers laugh.
"Any last thing to say to your heartbroken fans out there?." The only thing Dandrage did was smile and as his last word of being an athlete sais "I know you guys are very shocked at the unexpected news---
Shock? More like devastated. What? He LOVES sport. How could he?
--- but I just wanted to have a little adventure in my life. I feel like there's still something incomplete in my life.. And I'm about to go and look for that/ But don't worry guys. I'll come back as soon as I finally find it. Just always don't forget my motto especially to the guys that find it inspiring..."
"Miracle is just another word for hardwork" Dandrage will go back at the Philippines tomorrow to finished his studies in an all boys school. Heartbreaking I know. Even I felt like I was shattering when he said the news. But don't worry guys. Let's just hope Dandrage will come back and finally become in the international sports team.
That's it?! After years of training... He decided to resign just to find his missing part? What about his dream of being an official member in the international sports team? He'll let that go?
You guys can call me crazy but what if your idol- no.. the person you always looked up to as an inspiration just suddenly will resign? It'll hurt you right? I may look like an obsessive fan but I always looked to Dandrage as my inspiration. Miracle is just another name for hardwork. If it wasn't because of that motto, people won't look up at me, people won't praise or worship me, and I may still be the boring stinking Asian that people loved to bully.
Yes, I'm an Asian.. A Filipina to be exact. But I grew here in Manchester, England since my mom married a british guy. When they enrolled me in my new school, well.. I thought people would be friendly to me like my old school. But NO. Since I'm not one of them they bully me. They said I'm gullible enough that's why they laugh in all my efforts. But if it wasn't because of Dandrage, I will still be weak.
I decided to have a work-out, Singing and dance lessons. I even made a complete make-over. I made sure to always look simple but effective at people in my school. I joined Track Racing and for them... they said it's just a begginer's luck. But no. I did all my hardwork just to prove to them that an Asian can also be in their level or maybe higher in their level. But the Manchester Officials contacted our principal and wanted me to join in ther team for the local competitions. Since then, people praise me now, I'm not the stupid Asian anymore.. but the Princess they adore now. And now this? The whole reason of me being a princess.. my prince.. resigned? It hurts me to bits.
Dandrage Hernandez. I smiled even when I think of his name. We actually met-- No. He is actually a friend of mine. Close friend exactly. His dad and my dad are actually partners in crime. And believe it or not? He and I are in fixed marriage. None of us were against it since we're friends. We actually liked each other. But the feelings not mutual... I'm actually starting to fell for him. Too shocked at the news I decided to give him a call.
The ring bells once

"yoboseyeo? (hello?)" I smiled. He is 1/3 Koren, 1/3 British. 1/2 Pinoy.
"hey"
"Oh?" he chuckles "So you finally decided to call?" I frowned at his response. You see... even though I'm falling for him. There's this thing I hate about him.
He's arrogant, has a big ego and stubborn. All-in-all a jerk.
"What happened?"
"I just feel empty you know?"
"But... you're one-two steps closer in your dreams." He sighed.
"I know..." He started.. I stayed silent.. waiting for him to continue.
"Even if I achieved it... What will happen?" That's it. The real reason. He felt lonely. And I know why. I sighed and just cut the pace. Being the true friend I am.. I wanted to let him feel that I understand.
"Are you coming back?" He continued.
"I don't know" I sighed again for the last time and ended the phone.

This is it. I'm finally here. After 4 months of studying tagalog.. I'm finally here.

"Welcome to Philippines." Sabi ng lalaking katabi ko habang kinukuha ko ang bagahe ko sa baggage claim but I decided to ignore him.
Binilang ko ang mga bagahe ko at tiningnan kung may naiwan ako tsaka na pumunta sa limousine na naghihntay sa akin. The advantages of being treated as a princess. Naglakad na ako papunta sa gate pero may pumigil at hinawakan ang braso ko. Napatingin ako sa kanya. Ahh... Siya yung lalaki kanina. Nakatingin siya sa akin na parang malalim ang isip...
"You look familiar." He started. But I just simply stared at him. Ang bagal niya infairness kaya sa pagiging mainipin ko. Inalis ko ang hawak niya sa akin at lumakad. But since I'm also a good girl (Bless Me)
Tinignan ko siya straight sa mata which caught him off guard. I simply smiled.
"The Name's Elisa by the way" And with that I've walked out..
