It was a long and quiet ride to the police station. Only thing you heard was the tires rolling on the pavement and the cold chilly winds

Sargent Tina and Officer Don exchanged words discussing the case
" any other survivors ? " asked the Sargent ? " Just two, A male 17 Von and female 16 Bree " replied the officers " wait we found another body, he was wounded badly four stab wounds and he was shot twice in the leg " Officer Ellesha said interrupting the two " we also found the murder weapons and mask " the officer continued " mask!? Kids today! Fucking delinquents I tell you what they watch too many movies, run the finger prints so we can prove it was the friend, so I can get out of here!" Said the Sargent " well, that's the problem, there were no finger prints, he must've wiped them. But the girl said she seen his face " said the Officer " alright bring the girl in tomorrow I'm going home " Sargent said leaving walking towards the exits
• Deja's House •
Deja walked straight upstairs to the shower ignoring her mother, it took a while for Deja to wash off all the blood on her body and in her hair, she put her clothes in a bag and through it in the trash. " Deja talk to me " her concerned mother said, Deja stopped what she was doing and turned around " what is there to talk about ? I don't want to talk! " her mother sighed " do you want therapy ? " her mother asked Deja rolled her eyes " no I don't need fucking therapy I need to go to sleep I've already been through so much just let me go to sleep " she said walking away. But Deja didn't get too far, her mother grab her by her arm, turned her around " listen to me, either we're going to therapy or you're gonna talk to me! " she said loudly " we ? Oh I'm sorry mom I didn't know you watched your friends and boyfriend get murdered by someone you knew for years that turned out to be a manipulative, jealous psychopath! I'm sorry you went through that " Deja said but her mother wasn't having it she slapped Deja to the floor. The young girl's eyes were filling with tears while she was holding her face " I can't believe you " she got up and ran to her room. Her mother stood there watching her daughter run up the steps, she couldn't believe she hit her daughter either. That wasn't helping the situation, if anything it maybe things worse.
• The Next Day •
The sun was shining through the four living windows, the TV was loud and then there was a knock on the door. Knock! Knock! There it was again, Deja hesitated to open it but she finally wrapped her hand around the doorknob and open it. Standing there was Officer Don and Officer Ellesha " good afternoon, how are you holding up ? " one officer said " I'm okay, I'm just happy it's all over " Deja said while letting the two officers into her home. Her mother came from out of the living room greeting the two " hello officers, how may I help you ? "While Officer Ellesha was still standing by Deja, Officer Don spoke " Hi, we need the both of you to come down to the station so your daughter can answer questions and tell us what happened the days she was gone" Deja's mother looked at Deja then back at the officer " Okay, well let me just get my keys and I'll follow you " Officer Ellesha spoke " you can just ride with us, if that's not a problem " Deja's mother cleared her throat " no problem but I will need to drive back home so I'll take my car " the four headed out the door, the officers went in their car and Deja and her mother went in her's.
• Police Station •
Here again in the police station, officers walking back and forth, phones ringing, perps being charged for whatever criminal act they got caught for, today was a busy day, news reporters all outside in front waiting to hear Deja's story. The two officers made sure that they drove to the back of the station while Deja and her mother followed. " Why did we come from the back ? Deja asked " I don't think you want to be attacked by news reporters honey, they'll ask you hundreds of questions, manipulate your story, try to get the best headline blah blah you'll thank me later " Officer Ellesha said the four walked inside a room waiting for Sargent Tina. " And she's finally here hello Sargent " said officer Ellesha jokingly " does it look like I have time for jokes ? Wanna hear something funny ? How about suspended without pay for two months okay then " the Sargent said with a straight face " okay tell us what happened " Officer Ellesha said " well um we were driving and then we got a flat and - " Deja was rudely interrupted by Sargent Tina " no honey from the beginning start from the day you left,matter fact start from the day before you left "
