Nico awoke to find someone breathing on his neck. His eyes flew open and he realized that it was just Percy. "Percy? When did Percy come? Last night?" Nico thought. Then he remembered that the sleeping boy was his newly wed husband. It was just two months ago that he had proposed.
Percy was jumping up and down with excitement as he rowed the canoe out to the middle of the lake. "What are we doing here?" Asked Percy excitedly, "Are we going to swim?" He asked with an even more excited tone. Nico rarley wanted to go swimming. Nico's black eyes glistened in the moonlight. "No, were doing something much more fun." "What could be more fun than swimming when you're a child of Posiden?" "This." Nico scooted over to Percy's side of the canoe and pressed his lips against Percy's gently. Soon they were both shirtless on the bottom of the small boat, bodies and lips pressed against each other's. Nico broke apart, "Percy," he started as Percy kissed his neck, "Yeah?" Nico sat up as Percy remained laying down. "Do you love me?" Percy grew concerned, "I love you more than anything in the whole world." Nico smiled, "Good" He kissed Percy again, Percy broke apart. "Nico, should I be worried about something?" "No, I don't think so." Percy got up all the way. "What do you mean? Is something wrong?" "Nothing's wrong." Nico tried to kiss Percy again but he pulled away. "Tell me what's wrong." Nico exhaled loudly, " Fine. I wanted to wait until we were done but I guess I can do it now. Perseus Jackson, will you marry me? "

Percy had almost squeezed Nico to death. "Of course I will" he had said.
The wedding had been small. The crew of the Argo 2, Albert, Still Brothers (they snuck in), and Percy's parents.
Two months later, they're sleeping shirtless and pantsless, together in the same bed.

Percy began to stir, he yawned and stretched. Nico quickly closed his eyes and pretended to be asleep. He felt the mattress lift as Percy got up. Opening one eye, he watched as he put on his pants over his blue boxers. He slipped his plain white shirt from last night over his bare chest. "Nico, I've been up since before you. I know you're awake." Nico sat up, "Good morning" " Want some blue waffles?" "Sure. No smiley faces this time, I just want to eat them." "Fine, no toppings, but you're going to regret it." He walked to the kitchen and out of Nico's sight. Then he heard a loud thud. "Percy?" No answer, "Percy?" He called again, silence. "Perseus if you are messing with me I'm going to kill you." A small groan. He got up, and careful not to make a sound, walked to the kitchen to find Kelli standing over Percy with a....frying pan? She looked like an empousia, no cheerleader costume. She started to walk around Percy so her back was facing Nico. He noticed that she still had the scar from where Annabeth stabed her. "Where is she?"  She hissed, "Tell me where Annabeth is or I'll rip out your throat." "I- don't- know" he groaned. Kelli reached down and pulled up his left hand, "What about this? You're married. She's the only girl you ever loved." She took the ring off his finger and examined it. "What an odd pattern for you, or Annabeth. Perhaps you were telling the truth. But just for fun I'll kill you and your wife." She was just about to rip his throat out when someone jumped through the window and threw a celestial bronze dagger into Kelli's heart. The demon evaporated into gold dust and the stranger fed a square of ambrosia to Percy. His eyes flew open, "Huh? What? Nico?" He noticed the masked figure standing over him, "Anab-?" The person held up a finger in front of their mouth then jumped back through the window. Nico rushed over to Percy's side. "Are you okay?" "Yeah. I think. Did you see that masked person?" "Yes, I was watching." "I think it was Annabeth."
