Hi guys I want to talk to you about self-harming and depression. I know what it's like because I used to do it and it wasn't fun. People are out there that love you for you not who you want to be or what they want you to be. Be yourself and find a friend that will let you be yourself. I'm not saying you have to do what this says I'm just trying to help. Surround yourself with people that are themselves. Don't get in a lot of trouble because people won't like you for that. If you want to stop please follow these steps to be more happy.

Step 1: Look at yourself and say "you're beautiful and I love you."

Step 2: Throw away all of the blades you hurt yourself with.

Step 3: Talk to someone you really trust.

Step 4: Stand up for yourself.

Step 5: Find a best friend.

Step 6: Tell your family about what's happening I promise you will feel better.

Last and final step.

Step 7: Don't be who everyone wants you to be be yourself who ever you are be that person don't be anybody else.
