When I wake up, I'm still half asleep, and I find myself unable to move. I raise my head in attempt to figure out why, and come face to face with a sleeping Akatsuki. My eyes widen and a deep blush covers my face. His arms are holding me to him, which explains why I can't move. This is my chance, I have to get out of here. I gently reach for a pillow closest to me, pull it to me, and squeeze the pillow into place, so I can get out without a problem. Once I'm free, I climb off the bed, and watch him sleep. I-I know I pinky swore but...I can't stay here...he's better off without me here. I walk to the side of him, reach out, gently push a stray lock of his hair out of his face, and kiss his forehead. After that, I take my suitcase, and leave my room. I creep through the empty corridor, just as I'm going past yet another door, someone grabs my arm, I am about to scream but a hand goes over my mouth, and I'm pulled into a room. I bite the persons hand, earning a yelp, before I'm let go. My eyes were glowing Red while my fangs protruded, and were covered in blood from my attacker. "What the hell?! I just wanted to talk!" A whiny male's voice says. I wipe the blood away and glare at the male. I notice his looks. Blonde hair, Crystal Blue eyes...that's that guy from earlier! He notices my suitcase and his eyes widen. "Were you, going somewhere?" He asks. "So what if I was, what's it to you?" I say, grab my suitcase, and reach towards the door handle. The male's hand stops the door from opening. "I'm sorry, I can't let you do that." He says. "Excuse me?!" I say shocked. "You heard me. I can't let you abandon Akatsuki again. Not after he just got you back. It would kill him." He says. I flinch. What is he saying? Doesn't he realize he's better off without me?! Wait...of course he doesn't, how could he... I sigh. "Look, whatever-your-name-is, Akatsuki is better off without me. Trust me on this.." I say sadly. "Why did you run away? Don't give me the I forgot treatment, like I know you fed him." He says. I flinch again and avert my eyes. "Tell me...and I'll let you go." He says. My eyes widen. He'll...let me go? I look at him, his eyes were covered by his bangs. "..." I'm silent. "You...mean it?" I ask. He nods. "..." I'm silent again. Should I tell him? He said he'd let me go right? "Um..." I struggle for the words. "I-uh...well you see I'm...what I'm trying to say is...he..." I sigh and look to the ground as I twiddle my thumbs nervously. "Spit it out already." He says. "I...I'm..." tears stung my eyes. I...I can't...it took all I had to try to run away again...but now... "Mitsuko? Mitsuko?!" I hear Akatsuki's voice down the hall and turn in that direction as the sound of running starts up. Too late... The tears spill over and I fall to the ground. The man looks down at me with furrowed brows. Confusion obvious in his features. "I see." He says and sighs. I look up confused. He had a small smile and what looked like pity in his eyes. "Use my window." He says. "Huh?" I ask. He kneels and looks into my eyes. "Don't worry. I won't say anything. But you need to go before he finds you in here." He says. Won't say anything about what..? Me leaving? I don't understand, even as he helps me stand, passes me my suitcase, and pulls me toward the window. It was already open. "Its open, the rest is up to you. Will you run away again, breaking his heart once more, or will you follow the roof to your room?" He asks. My eyes widen. Break...his heart? I take a few seconds to decide. Once my decision is made, I climb out the window.
