My name is Shani Blaze I'm 23 i live in LA and i own a hair salon with my bestfriend Aaliyah we have been friends since 1st grade i know crazy right i gotta pretty face and all nice curvy body long natural hair I'm caramel I stand at 5'4 not that tall

"BITCH WHERE YOU AT?!" Aaliyah yelled from the top of her lungs I was getting ready for work today today is Friday so it's a busy day in the hair salon sometimes girls come in to get their make up done

"I'm up here!" I yelled back I heard foot steps as she open my door and plopped down on my bed

"Girl we gotta go and open up the shop in five minutes you taking long girl"

"I know I woke up late let me get my shoes on" I rushed to my closet putting on my patten leather nude heels yeah I worked with heels on mostly all of our workers do and we dressed fancy I let my hair down I grabbed my purse and keys

"alright let's go" I said as we walked to my car

"who dropped you here?" I pressed the start button so the car can start

"girl I walked your house not that far from mine"

"oh yeah" I drove off we pulled up to the shop we unlocked the lock and opened the doors to our fresh cleaned hair salon I put my things in my shelf at the front desk we have talented people that work here our workers started to show up even the lady who be doing eye brows

"hey girlys" our worker Tink greeted us both and the rest I smiled at her eating my yogurt later our clients came popping up

"hey sha I'm sorry can you pick up my lunch from my brothers friend he's right outside I told him I would send my girl to get it for me" another worker Kelly said nervously I don't really know why the workers are scared to talk to me like I'm mean I need to talk to them

"oh sure" I gave her a warm smile

I walked right outside and seen two boys one was light skin other was brownskin I have to admit light skin was really cute to me and he was starring me down

"are you the girl Kelly sent?" I nodded

"well here's her lunch" he walked up to me handing it to me

"thanks" I said walking back into the salon

"girl did you see that light skin boy looking at you cause you know me I be watching people" Aaliyah started walking up to me I laughed

"oh yeah him he's cute...I can defiantly tell you want ol brownskin dude" I laughed her eyes were wide open Aaliyah has a thing for chocolate dudes

"you lying I wanna see him" she whined.

"you missed him"

"anyways wanna head out to the club later tonight?" Aaliyah asked throwing her chips in the garbage

"yeah sure"

"hey sha girl I need my hair done its been weeks!" my client came I loved her she's funny

"girl you know I got you head to the back ill be there in a minute" I smiled she headed to the back

I headed to the back where she sat I put a towel around her and put her hair back

"girl I want a new color...i wanna try red" she stated

"hmm I think that will be nice on you" I continued washing her hair
