"Owen? Where are you?" I said loudly as we entered the hybrids cage. I started thinking bad thoughts. What if on the way here, she did something and killed someone. I saw construction workers working on the wall which was already really tall. What type of dinosaur did they create in that lab?

I heard that it was extremely intelligent, it's bigger than a t-Rex. Smarter than any creature know to mankind, it can detect thermal radiation. Which means if it ever escapes were fucked.

"Em, come up to the guest pod" Owen said through the talkie. I'm glad he's  still breathing I walked to the door making sure gray and Zach were with me, and slid my park ID.

Gray and Zach followed me, we saw Owen and Claire. Owen had his hands on his hips, Claire had her arms crossed and was tapping her foot.

"Uh, what's up?" I said getting slightly nervous since were dealing with a big, intelligent dinosaur.

"We think she escaped" they said together with a scared tone. Damn it. If this monster, I don't even want to call it a dinosaur, escaped everything would fail. She'd eat anything and everything that moved the slightest.

She could sense heat, the heat that generates off people's bodies which in this cause is about 20 thousand heat sources to the creature. So right now that park is an all you can eat buffet.

No one would be able to hide, no one can get away...

" how do you know?" Zach asked. I walked closer to the glass. I was examining the area, until something caught my eye.

"There." I said pointing to the claw marks against the wall. Claire sighed and nodded her head.

"You think it climbed over?" Zach asked.

"It's a she. Not an 'it'. " I said with anger. I didn't mean to come out that way I'm just pissed off that the park thinks that they can just create a new type of dinosaur and not have this shit happen.

" Is that that what I think it is?" I asked pointing to huge cracks in the glass. "Did she.." Claire and Owen nodded.

"Shit." I sighed.

"What?" Gray asked. "and you shouldn't say shit" he mumbled the last part under his breath.

"She tried to brake the glass." Claire said.

"An you shouldn't say shit gray" I said, trying to lighten the mood of this bad situation.

"How many of these did the scientist make?" I asked, examining the glass.

"Two."

"where's the other?" I asked.

"She ate it." Well damn.

"Well, what now?"

"I'm going in. Look around and see what I can find." Owen nodded his head.

"Well I'm going too. You're not going alone." I said, I took off my flannel and handed it to Zach. He hesitated at first, but took it.

"I will go to the control room because she has a tracker, we can see which way she's heading." Claire said leaving the room.

"And you two! Stay here!" She said to Zach and Gray sternly.

"this is awesome! A dinosaur loose?! Dude this is so cool!" Zach smirks to himself, knowing it was getting me frustrated..

"Gray, turn around"I said angrily.

He did as told. I pushed Zach up to the wall, lowering my voice, "you piss me off, I swear it's like you love pushing my buttons."

"Baby girl  let's be honest, you like when I push your buttons." He smirked as he pushed his lips to mine.Not regretting what he just did. His lips were soft, and sweet. I kissed back wrapping my arms around his neck. I pulled away smirking.

I smiled with myself as I walked into the other room where Owen was and said "let's go"

Zachs POV

I just kissed her. I was shock that I just did that. But pretty damn proud at the same time. "Can I turn around?" I heard Gray ask. "Yeah." I said.

I watched as Emma and Owen walked into the cage. They walked over to the wall where the scratches were located.

I saw Em trace the claw marks with her fingers.

"Stop staring at the girl" Gray smiled.

"What?"

"Emma" he smirked walking over to the window. I took out the pictures we got from the photo booth. I smiled at the pictures. I'm glad gray made us go in there, I have this to remember this trip.

I put it away and looked at Owen and Emma through the glass again. I saw they both had their walkie talkies out.

After watching them for a few minutes, their faces dropped into a worried face. I looked around and noticed why they were scared.

A large brown/orange eye opened up, standing out from the tree background. I banged on the glass trying to tell them to run.

"GO!" I Heard Owen shout. They started running towards the door. I saw a big clawed foot come out. Stomping onto the ground, it made a loud echo noise.

The gate to the cage started to close, it was almost closing when Emma and Owen made it out. She was back here with Owen in about 10 minutes. She walked up to us and sat down.

"Oh my god. If she can do that, imagine what else she can do." Emma said panting.

"I need to go back in." Owen said. He smelled a little sweaty but I'm not gonna judge. He out ran a dinosaur.

"Are you crazy?!" Emma yelled.

"I'll have someone use the crane to feed it. While it's distracted I'm going to check it out." He explained.

"Please please be careful. Promise me I'll see you later." Emma said while hugging Owen. He kissed her he's and said "I promise."with that creature with the way it's created, that's a hard thing to promise. They let go of the hug and she sighed. She began Playing with a bracelet on her wrist.

"You okay?" I asked putting my arm around her shoulder. She nodded and asked "can I have my flannel back?" She smiled, this time twisting the bracelet in her hand.

"can I see your bracelet?" I ask. She says yeah and hands it to me.

I see it says 'sister'

"Is this like a bracelet from a sister or a brother?"

"A brother." She smiles.

"You have a brother?" I questioned.

"No, Owen gave it to me. He's not my actual brother but he acts like it." She smiles wider.

They have a family connections that is one of the most beautiful ones.
