The boyfriend steeler.

Claire has known Brent Rivera for as long as she could remember. They have always secretly loved each other. In the 6th grade that finally comes out. It's all down hill from there.

*Claire's pov*  

I finally got my locker open. When i did ,Brent came up behind be with a hand full of flowers. "Happy birthday beautiful," he said smiling. I take the flowers and set them in my locker. "Thanks Brent I've been needing something to cheer me up today." I said with a tired expression on my face. "Your birthdays not going well?" Brent said with concern in his voice. "It is its just I'm extremely tired, because I was up late last night at my family birthday party'."  

Suddenly my best friend Madalyn comes down the hall carrying a small box in her hands. She tells me to meet her in our hiding spot (the girls bathroom). I tell him to save me a seat in 1st period. We hug, he takes my book, and I head towards the bathrooms.

When I get there I see Madalyn with a huge smile on her face and the box in her hand. She hands me a the box and tells me to open it. It seems very light. I got the box open and realize its full of bacon. (My favorite food in the world ). I ran up to her and gave her a huge hug. "Come on we have to get to science ," I said grabbing her arm and pulling her out of the bathroom.

On our way to science Madalyn asks me ", did you study for the science test today?" I yelled/ whispered ",no."

We get there and we have 2 minutes to spare. I sit next to Brent and Madalyn on the other side of him. He looks at me, smiles and puts his hand in mine.

We have been dating for a little less than a year and he has already kissed me. We haven't done anything more than kissing tho. Mrs. McGee hands out the test and Brent whisper in my ear good luck

Claire's P. O. V. ( next day)

I got my test back and I surprisingly got an A. Brent asked me what I got ",surprisingly I got an A ," I said with a smile on my face. ",what did you get," I asked Brent and Madalyn. They both showed me there grades. I realized they were the same grade. I looked at them again and realized they got the same answers on all of them. I looked at Brent and he looked Apologetic. Madalyn was staring at Brent with a smug look on her face.  

"Brent, did you cheat off of Madalyn?" I asked in a voice like I was getting on to a little kid . " I might have stole a few questions."  

Madalyn was talking to somebody else now so she wasn't even listening. "How can you cheat off of somebody ," I questioned with hurt in my voice . "It's easy you just lean over your shoulder and look at what is on somebody else's paper." He said with a smirk on his face. Just then the bell rang , signaling that it is time to go to PE.  

I actually liked this class. Right now we were learning about bows and arrows. On Friday we are actually going to shoot them. it's only Tuesday , so we have 3more days. 

" who knows which color fledgling goes on the out side." Asked our teacher ,couch Harrison. I raised my hand and she called on me ", the odd colored fledging goes on the outside." "Yes Ms. Brooks is right. " she said nodding tour's me.

All of a sudden the bell rang. I jumped up and left to go to math. When I got there Brent was saving me a seat in the back of the room with him. Madalyn was always in one side of him and I was on the other. Him and her were talking about this morning in science. I herd him apologies and she said that it was okay. I sat down next to him and hugged him from behind.

The whole time I was trying to listen to mrs. Bertin talk about variables. Brent was playing with my hair and trying to get my attention. I finally gave in. "What , I'm trying to actually learn. " I snapped at .him. He looked taken aback by that but a grin spread a gross his face after that. All he said was ",hi. " I just turned around but he kept playing with my hair. I do admit it does feel good with him playing with my hair.

I didn't notice that the bell rang until Brent got up and asked me if I was come ing to lunch. I stood up , said yes, them me and him walked out of the room hand and hand to the lunch room. I never saw where Madalyn went. Maybe she was with her boyfriend Dawson. They are the perfect couple. They both are crazy and very energetic. They like the same things and love to death pickles. They are obsessed with pickles that's all they ever eat is pickles  

Me and Brent finish eating and diside to go outside and walk on the track. We talked about random stuff like we were going to do tonight when I went over to his house. Our parents don't know that he has asked me out and we are dating. What seemed like hours but it was really minutes went by the principal told every body to go inside. We did and I went to my locker to get my band book and went back to class. I walked in right before the tartey bell rang. I sat down. And started talking to Brent about what time I should be at his house. We finished talking about that a few minutes before the bell rang.

The rest of the day flew by fast. It only felt like one hour but it was more 3 or 4.  

I got home packed my bags and found my sleeping bag. I put all of it by the door while Iwrote a note about where I was on a piece of paper and put it on the fridge. Then left for Brent's house

When I get there, I automatically get greeted by the door opening really fast and Brent's mom, Amanda, stepping out and hugging me. "I haven't seen you in like 2 days ," she said with a smile on her lips. "Well Brent's up in his room", she said."You can either go up there or help me with dinner. what are we having", I asked. "We are having pizza".

" ya I will help make the pizza"! Pizza, pears, and bacon are my most favorite food ever.

"Well you know where every thing is. Do you want to try and do it by your self or Should I get Brent to come down here and help"?

"I guess Brent can come and help". She called up to Brent and told him to come down here and help me. When he did she said," well I have to go run a few errands I will be back in a little bit", she said then left.

"Where do you think she is going".

"I don't know maybe the store or something." "We'll we should get cooking. "

"Ya I'm starving. "

"So get out the....

"That looks perfect", I said looking at the extra cheese and stuffed crust bacon hamburger pizza.

"We'll not as perfect as you", he said to me with a smirk on his face, I couldn't help but blush and smile a little.

"Stop you know that is not true".

"Well to me it is. "

A few minutes later mrs. Revira. " hey guys I hope you finished the pizza. Y'all go up to Brent's room and clean up. Come down when you are finished.

I'm sorry this is a short update but I needed to update and my brother wants me to play guitar with him.

When we came back down stairs there was a huge birthday cake on the table with 14 candles on top. I didn't even know that they new when my birthday was. All of a sudden Brent says"oh, I almost forgot your present I will be right back." I say down at the table and started making my plate.

When he came back down he was holding a small flat box. I had no clue what it was.

When we finished eating the cake and pizza it was time to open presents.

Brent handed me mine and I slowly opened it. When I got it open he grabbed it out of my hand and opened the box inside. It was a homemade necklace that said CLAIRE & BRENT on it. He tide it around my neck.

"Am I missing something here ?" Mrs. Rivera asked us.

The night went by extremely fast but for some reason Brent was always in the phone and he wouldn't tell me who he was texting.
