First, bake some cookies. If you can, do it with your parents.

What you need to do is get some icing and write down your sexuality on the cookie (ex: gay, pansexual, bisexual, asexual, lesbian, etc.)

Show them the cookie and then bite it. After you eat it, tell them this:

"Well, you are what you eat."
