Doge got his hacking device and hacked into a light and made it red for 1 hour, Doge went "to easy" he shouted, he looked outside and police let people go through red lights, he didn't care he just let them through, there manger decided to. So doge started to laugh "hahahaha" laughed doge. Doge turned the lights green then red and the traffic built up, the traffic took 1 hour again then doge turned it green,
Doge went outside and walked straight into a dog Catcher, "ayy" said the catcher "what are you doing here without an owner, "woof" went doge,doge got threw into a cage and he barked and barked.
