CHAPTER TWO

*Ellie's point of view*

He starred at me, hurt and pain filled his eyes after I told him that I don't trust guys and he reminds me of someone. I feel safe around him for some reason. He said, "Why do I remind you of someone?" I took a deep breath. Ready for bullying story. "In my old school I got bullied badly by a guy who looks like you and I left in year 5 and came to this school." Oh I hope he doesn't know I'm lying. He looked at me and said "Liar, I know your lying to me because your mouth is twitching." Damn it!!! My mouth twitches when I lie ughhh I hate it! I got up and ran to my locker. 

He came after me laughing. He screamed at me saying, "Wait! I want to ask you something." I stopped and turned around nervous thinking that he was going to ask me to hang out. He started fiddling with hands. "So, what were you going to ask me?" he looked up smiling, "Well, I was thinking do you want to join my group at lunch time." I stood still as I was in shock. HOLY SHIT!!!! Did he ask me to join the most popular group! I can't, Alison is a part of the group. Ugh the slutty bitch. "I can't, I have assignments to do. Sorry." I ran to my locker.

I saw Crystal at her locker. Should I tell her or not. I should but that's her crush. I'll keep my mouth shut. "Hey Ellie! I haven't seen you all day. Where were you?" hugging me really tight like I'm going to die. "Hi Crystal at lunch I have assignments to do so I can't hang out with you sorry." I had to lie to get away from her and Kyle. The bell rang so I went to my locker to get my stuff.

On the way, I saw Kyle at his locker chatting with his friends. He has long caramel hair with blue eyes like the ocean sea. His so charming. He dresses up like a bad boy. Oh god here he comes. I better look good. My ears are hidden phew. "Hey beautiful" OMG what! Did he call me beautiful? Ahhh his so cute. "What's up." Smiling at him. "I was wondering since you can't hang out with me at lunch, do want to go out for ice cream after school?" wait hold on a second, he is interested in going out with me. Why me? I'm unpopular, I'm not pretty like the other girls and I only have one friend, which is Crystal. I'm basically useless to everyone. "Hello? Ellie?" waving his hands at me. "Oh sorry I had a little um day dream." He smirked "About me?" "Yes wait I mean no I was thinking about my plans to see if I was free." He laughs, "So are you free?" "Okay I'm free but I need to talk to my friend first then we can go." He was about to say something but the bell rang. I ran straight to class.

As I entered class, I sat right at the back where the window is. As soon as I sat down I heard someone say my name. I turn my head seeing Kyle smiling and getting embarrassed by his friends. "Hey man! Have you seen Ellie? She's pretty fricken sweet right and I know dat glasses she wears, she's smoking hot." said Joshua. Kyle slapped his head knowing I was there. I giggled and put my headphones on and started to listen to Maroon 5 She'll be loved.

A paper plane hit my head. I turned around and I heard beside me Joshua and Kyle laughing at me. I grabbed the paper plane and I opened it. It said "Tick if you love Kyle and cross if you don't" My eyes grew and I turned my head to them with an angry face. I scrunched up the note and throw it back at them with no answer. The bell rang, so I quickly left the classroom mad not really caring about the note just by the fact that he is such a tease. I got my bag and walked home. I knew I was going out with Kyle but he pissed me off. I heard a motorbike behind me. I started to walk faster. My heart was beating fast with every step. "Ellie, I know your pissed off at me but please listen to me." Kyle said softly. I turned around and said, "Okay under one condition. Stop annoying me in class! I just want people to think I'm invisible, which I am and I want to keep it that way. I like hiding myself. So why don't you just stay away from me Got it?" I replied with a strong and firm voice while still striding down the footpath. "Why do you hide yourself? You're a beautiful girl and everyone should know that." I just froze, did he really just say that?

"I...I have to go... sorry its just I need to go somewhere." I walked away nearly in tears. Then Kyle took my hand and pulled me into a hug. I was in shock but I had just started to cry. He held me tight and said over again its okay you can trust me, I wont hurt you.

I let go of him and said "Um, sorry for making your shirt wet." I smirked. "That's okay, are you going to come or not?" He smiled. This guy!
