Once I got inside the house I started to pack my belongings in some spare boxes mom found, I carried the first box that had most of my clothing to the garage, as I opened the door to the staircase I heard faint noises coming towards the garage door so I quickly ran quickly into the dark garage dropping my box on the way down and went to hide between the dryer and washer, I could hear the voices getting louder, it was my mom's voice shouting at someone then I heard another voice I knew that voice it sounded so familiar to me then I realized it my father's voice. I was about to get up when I heard the door swung open I quickly stooped down.

"How are you helping Patrick!? When last have you visited Sharon and Jason? Huh?! When last?!" I could hear my voice my moms voice as she made her way down into the garage.

"You know I can't come an visit as I ought to Michelle, not when I'm married to Sinclair ". I heard my dad said.

"You know you're a real God forsaken man Patrick, you married my best friend, missed all of Jason's last lacrosse games in high school and his graduation and now you missed Sharon's soccer games and you know what else you missed on your way here?! Your sense of responsibility of being a father and a man, you seem to have to lost it....... Patrick I'm tired please get out of my house,  I never want to see your face or Sinclair's again because it's not good for the environment I'm in"

I heard my father sigh deeply.

Way to go mom, I heard footsteps leaving the garage, a bit later then the front door slammed shut. I heard my mom took a deep sigh then I heard shuffling must be mom taking up the box that fell from me earlier, I heard the garage door shut then the lights went off. I got up from my hiding spot an turned on the torch on my phone so I could make my way out of the garage to finish packing my stuff.
