I groaned as I opened the front door, slamming it closed by accident and waiting to be yelled at for it. 

"DARCY! YOU BITCH! C'MERE"! I winced at my mothers words and quickly made my way to her bed room. I twisted the door handle ever so slowly and scrunched my nose up at the smell. 

"Mom? You alright"? I heard a grunt and suddenly something was flying past my face and crashing into the wall beside my face. I yelled and dropped to the floor as another cup was thrown my way. 

"GET OUT"! I wanted to tell her she just called me but instead I quickly left the room, jumping when another glass was thrown at the door. I winced when I felt pain in my head and moved my hand up to feel the spot where a piece of glass cut my forehead. I knew it would heal very soon, as do all my cuts, bumps, and bruises.

 I put on some pjs after getting to my room and cleaning out the cut, putting a butterfly band-aid on the cut. I grabbed my laptop and logged in, doing my homework. I go to an online school so I can go to work to support my mom and her drugs. 

After I was done my work, I signed into my friends netflex and started up my favorite episode, 'the lodger', from doctor who. The second it started though, I heard birds like in the episode 'amy's choice'. I started to feel sleepy, and that's when there was a bright light and everything went black.

I hear someone talking as I come to and then there's a loud noise. The sound of the TARDIS dematirializing can be heard in the distance as I sit up. And shockingly, I watch as the eleventh doctor yells for a certain red head.

 " Amy! Amy"! I hear the doctor yell and I stumble up, making my way to him. This is either a really realistic dream or I've been sent into doctor who like in the fanfics. I walk closer and before I can say anything the Doctor's thrown himself at me. 

"Oh thank Rassilion! Darcy"! The doctor lets me go and kisses my forehead. 

"Where'd you get the cut? Wait-never mind-do I get the TARDIS back? Please say I do"! All I can do is nod and he grins spinning around. 

"Great! Wonderful! What's next"? I can't move i'm too stunned. 

"Darcy? Are you alright? What's wrong"? I shake my head and poke him. 

"You ain't real yo". I say and his grin instantly turn to a frown. Realization crosses the doctor's face like a train hit it. 

"This is your first time meeting me, isn't it"? I look at him like he's crazy. 

"First time? There's more times"? He laughs at my expression and nod, rolling on the balls of his feet like he's a child that can't keep still.

"Of course"! His grin makes me smile as-well. 

"So what first"? He shrugs pointing to me. 

"You know what's going to happen, lead the way". I suck in a breath and set my face. 

"Alright, we need to find the shop". I say before marching on. 

"Darcy, this is no time for shopping"! I hear him say as he stumbles after me. 

"I'm not shopping, Amy puts a letter in the shop with the name of a house for rent. We're going to stay at that house and figure out how to get rid of the fake upstairs". I cover my mouth. 

"Crap, i've said too much". He slide up next to me, tripping on another rock causing me to laugh. 

"You think my pain is funny"? He playfully. I blush.

 "N-no, just-well actually, yeah". He rolls his eyes but we soon break out into a fit of giggles. 

We search for the store with the ad, and the Doctor makes two earpieces to talk to Amy with. 

"DOCTOR AND DARCY TO POND"! The Doctor yells once he gets the things working. We hear a screech and Amy yelling at us loudly. 

"YOU LEFT ME! Oh and hey Darcy"! I grin. 

"Hey Amy"! 

"I didn't mean to, something's stopping the TARDIS from landing. D and I are looking for an ad you've placed". I hear some movement through the piece. 

"But I haven't placed an ad". 

"Well, not yet". I say. 

"AH-HA"! The Doctor yells and there's some weird stares and complaints of loudness from Amy. 

"We found it"! I cheer. After we found the shop with the ad, we trudge over to Craigs' house. I ring the bell and wait for him to open the door.

"Can i ring it"? I look at the Doctor weirdly and shake my head. After a minute, the door swings open. 

"I love you". We here as the door opens. I raise an eyebrow at the strange man, I had forgotten he thought we were Sophie. The Doctor just grins. 

"Well, that's good, cos I'm your new lodger. Do you know", the doctor takes the keys and hands them to me. "this is going to be easier than I expected"!
