once upon a time.
not so long ago.
there was a beautiful princess,
with a heart made of gold.
but the people didn't like this.
so they tore out her eyes.
her world became black.
but all those people deny.
they claim it was her fault.
the world was too much.
"she didnt want to be loved!"
"she didnt want to be touched!".
she decides that they're right.
she gives into their lies.
she knows now that she's worthless. she falls down and she cries.
she understands now,
that her life is pointless.
it is her fault.
she had a choice and she chose this.
her paper skin crumbles, her glass bones break.
she struggles to her tower.
not sure how much more she can take.
and there the princess would sit.
day in and day out.
worrying and wondering and thinking about.
what it is that's important.
outside her safe place.
many secrets she held.
behind her pretty face.
every night she'd stay up.
she'd be up in her tower.
she'd sit in the bathtub,
she'd turn on the shower.
she'd weep and weep.
she knew no one would care.
which was alright cause she didn't want their pity,
and she didnt want them to be scared.
all who knew her truth were the liars, the hypocrites!
and to her the people would wail.
but their cries to come down were to no avail.
for the ones that she trusted, the dragons of this life.
locked her up, tore her down.
so she picks up her knife
