{Chapter 5}

Fourth period came which is also known as my nap period because I never do work in the class and my head is always down, but somehow I was passing a little above average. But today every time I closed my eyes, I saw Emo Boy's face. And every time I saw his face he seemed to be saying something but I couldn't tell what. It was like watching a video but with no audio. Finding no luck in receiving any rest, I stayed up and for the first time, tried to concentrate on getting some work done.

When the bell rang for lunch, i was relieved that even though I had a slight headache, the exhausting feeling was gone. But I still couldn't shake him from my head. Deep in thought, I barely heard Blake call my name. He put a hand on my shoulder to shake me, and resulted in getting singed. Jumping back he bit back a scream. I gave him an apologetic look. He answered with a shrug. "Mind telling us what's got you so down?" asked Rachel. I took in a deep breath before, debating whether or not I wanted to tell them anything just yet. Blake and Rachel are my best friends but they have a way of jumping to conclusions. So I shrugged a smile and said, "It's just a slight headache. I'll be fine.
