Riley POV
I smile and I walk back to my bench and I continue writing in my journal
Lucas POV
I look at Bella then at Riley I pick up Bella and grab her bag and walk to Riley and sit next to her
Lucas: mind if we chat
Riley: not at all (smiles)
Lucas: alright so how old are you
Riley: 20 how old are you and Bella
Lucas: I'm 21 and she's 3
Riley: who's the mother
Lucas: well she left after Bella was born
Riley: I'm so sorry
Lucas: yeah
Riley: mind if I ask what happen
Lucas: not at all see we were dating for a while but then she wanted to do something that I said yes to but It was a mistake she got pregnant and she never even cared about Bella when she was pregnant after Bella's birth she left and left a note saying that she hates me and Bella so since then I have been taking care of Bella
Riley: that's really sweet of you. You cared for Bella
Lucas: she's the only thing that brings me joy right now
Bella: daddy will I ever get another mommy
Lucas: not sure princess
Riley: does she always ask that
Lucas: yeah (looks down)
Riley POV
Lucas seems really sad about this I pat his back then Bella crawls over to me and sits on my lap
Lucas: Bella (raises his eyebrow)
Riley: its fine I love little kids
Bella: will you be my friend (hugs her)
Riley: of course (hugs back) you are so cute
Bella: (pulls away) thank you
Lucas POV
I couldn't stop smiling I really liked Riley she seemed so sweet and Bella likes her just like that I looked at my watch and realized that I have to go work in 2 hours
Lucas: Riley can you babysit Bella today
Riley: sure when
Lucas: like in little bit
Riley: sure
Lucas: do you have a car
Riley: yeah I do
Lucas: here's my number and my address (hands her a paper)
Riley: ok well I will see you later then bye
Lucas POV
She gets up and walks away she was so beautiful no Lucas snap out of it

Lucas POV
Me and Bella were home and I was packing some things for Bella to do with Riley I hear a knock I went to the door and I saw Riley she smiled
Riley: hey
Lucas: hi
Riley: can I come in
Lucas: sure
Bella: Riley
Riley: (walks in) hi Bella
Lucas: well do you need a tour around the house
Riley: I think Bella can do that she seems so smart
Lucas: she is
Riley: ok I think I got it from here you just have a great day at work
Lucas: I will thanks bye Bella
Bella: bye daddy
Lucas POV
I leave the house and go into my car and head of to work when I got to work I received a message its from Riley it was a picture of Bella sitting watching TV and eating a sandwich I smile
