The Big change

Chapter two moving day

Anne and Rosie where inside pacing up the last few things and saying their final goodbyes. Rosie got in the car next to max and waved to Anne out the back wind screen crying as she did it. It was a long drive to the airport when they arrived they put their bags on the plane and then they went thou security and they had to wait the lounge for a long time then the family finely got to bored the plain . Rosie watched lots of movies twenty seven hours' worth of movies and max slept most of the way. Finely the family got off the boring flight and their new life began.

They went and rented a car and drove to their new home. They were awe when they drove up to their new house. Rosie, max, mom and dad jumped out of the car. Let's go in said mom they walked towards the house very slowly as they approached the front door mom opened it slowly it creaked open, they were home. As they looked around the house. Rosie went upstairs and she spotted an old wooden door, Rosie opened it ever so slightly, there was a stair case and at the top there was another door. Rosie walked up to it very cautiously when she reached the second door it was locked Rosie shouted "Mom do you have any keys!" mom walk to Rosie and gave her a pair of old rusted keys and went back down stairs, Rosie put the key into the key hole and turned it. The door opened and Rosie walked in it was a dusty old room and there was an old fashion bed desk and a cupboard, Rosie knew that would be her room. But what she did not realise was she was in a tower. It was a creepy old tower but she was going to make it home. As she walked downstairs there was a knock on the door, dad came running he opened the door. There was a tall boy about the same size as Max and a smaller girl. The girl said "hello my name is Samantha and this is my brother John we live next door."
"Nice to meet you I am Mr. Higgins and this is my daughter Rosie and my sun Max." Hi said Rosie very shyly. John was talking to max and asked if he wanted to go play video games max looked at dad. Dad nodded max ran off with his new friend well Rosie stayed behind. Samantha said to Rosie "So... do you want to go for a walk you know I could show you around if you like." Ok? They had small conversations and start to laugh more than at the beginning. They had so many sleepovers and began to be very good friends but school was approaching the most daring thing but the sad part was that Sam was a year older than her so she had no friends in class.
