Nagisa's P.O.VOk let me clear a few things up.
So I bet your wondering why my brother really doesn't like me right?.
Ok I'll start from the beginning it was back in my first year of high school, I was 12 years old and Greg was 10, I was going through some tough times.
I started getting bullied, well at least it was getting worse.
It was the day of the middle schools basketball final, Greg had been training for months. He was the captain of the team, he was one of there best players.
Their game was at 7:00pm and it was about 5:00pm and mum and dad took the day off to watch the match, for once.
This was before they got a divorce, which apparently it was my fault that everything fell apart, dad was a lawyer and mum was a doctor.
So anyways I'd been having a hard time at school that day, when I got home I shut myself away in my room.
As much as I love my music loud, I had it on low because mum and dad where home.
I heard my phone go off, I grabbed it off my desk and seen that I had a message from an unknown number.
I hesitantly opened the message, wishing I hadn't.
"Go and die you worthless piece of trash" I stared at the screen before it started to become blurred.
I turned my music up as loud as it could go, I sat in the middle of my bed with my legs crossed and my phone still in my hands.
I kept on trying to turn the music up louder hopping it would take away the pain, but it was futile.
Everything started to go blank, the music wasn't helping as it started to play 'never to late' by three days grace.
The images of how it could be done kept on appearing over and over in my mind.
I went into what people call a suicidal state.
My mum came up stairs to tell me to turn down my music, when she walked in I was blank of emotion looking down at my phone.
She walked over after calling my name several times. She waved her hand in front of my face trying to get my attention.
I didn't respond, she paused for a moment then took my phone from my hands.
In the next moment the phone fell to the floor and her arms wrapped around me in an instant.
She kept repeating "just ignore them, your not worthless, your my baby girl and that will never change".
Soon after my dad came into the room wondering why the music hasn't been turned down or why my mother hadn't returned.
He stopped in the middle of the door way, mum looked up with tears in her eyes as she pointed to my phone that was laying face down on the floor beside my bed.
He walked over with a worried look as he picked up the phone, turned down the music and started reading.
He just stood there, his eyebrows furrowed as his grip grew tighter on the phone.
He started to become irritated, it stayed like that for what felt like hours.
It was 5:30pm, Greg came running up the stairs yelling.
"Come on we have to go, coach said we have....to.........be.........there early" he said staring at us from the door.
"Umm..... What's going on"
"I'm sorry son but we can't go to your game" dad said throwing my phone on my desk and walked over to Greg placing a hand on his shoulder.
"W-WHAT WHY" he started yelling.
"This game means the world to me I can't miss it, I mean the team needs me, you can't do this" he said frantically.
"I'm sorry son" he said as he walked past Greg and down the hall.
He looked at me and his expression became pained.
"This is all your fault, you just had to have all the attention don't you" he shouted with his eyes starting to water.
"G-Greg I-"
"You what, just have to ruin everyone else's lives, yea that's obvious" he said before running to his room and locking himself in.
A few days had passed neither Greg or I had been to school, he stopped talking to me and spent most of his time in his room.
I had decided to return to school the next day.
I got up the next day and got ready but before I left I stood in front of Greg's door and knocked, I got no answer.
"Greg if your in there I just want you to know I so sorry" I said with my head against the door.
I stood there for a little while before leaving.
I arrived at school and everyone's eyes were on me.
The day slowly went by everyone trying to avoid me, I already know the reason.
That message.
The day slowly past it felt like it would last forever.
School had ended and I made my way out of the school, everyone whispering as I walked by.
It didn't really bother me I had other thing on my mind.
I made my way to the middle school and went to the gym, to my surprise I seen Greg there talking to the team.
I quietly slipped into the room and watched.
The other's turned and walked away, he turned around and glared at me.
" are you happy now, I've been kicked off the team" he said as he ran out of the gym.
After that day Greg threw out everything that had to do with basketball and he never played again.
This all happened the year before I met Ally and Darcy.
