I woke up feeling great! Today is my 3 year anniversary with Grayson. I got up and texted him.

Y: Goodmoring babe Can't wait to spend today with you
G: Morning princess Sorry I made plans with Jack and Eth
Y: Well than have fun.
What? No. He couldn't forget it's our 3 year anniversary. Maybe he doesn't care...
I decided to actually get up and eat breakfast. I walked downstairs and opened the pantry for cereal, then the fridge for milk. I sat down at the island and looked through all my social media. Gray posted a picture of him and his friends at the beach.
He really did forget.
**Later that day**
I soon got a text from Y/F/N saying she's going to pick me up at 7 and to wear something nice. I replied with an okay and ran up stairs.
For my make up I put a light smokey eye with some coral pink lipstick. I straightened my hair then curled the ends. I had a black dress the flowed down to my knees. I slipped on small black heels. By now it's 6:55 and I grabbed my purse and sat on the couch. I saw Y/F/N pull up into the driveway. I ran outside. "Hey were going to the beach", she said. "Okay let's go!", I yelled.
**At the beach**
There was barely any people but a lot of lights. I opened and the door and got out. She handed me a note. "Have fun!", She yelled and drove away. Weird. I opened the note.
The note read:
Follow the candles they will lead you to something special
I followed them to see a little handmade canopy with candles, pillows, and blankets. I felt two strong arms wrap around me. I instantly knew it was Gray. "I would never forget the most important day of my life", He said. I turned around and pressed our lips together. "Thank you its beautiful", I said. "Anything for my princess", He replied. He intertwined our fingers and led me into the canopy. He had brought fruit and chocolate covered strawberries. So cliché. We sat down and ate. Afterwords we layed down and snuggled under the blankets. "I love you so much Grayson", "I love you even more Y/N".
