Meanwhile, at the jail, the couple who were also military officers, who had stopped Alex and Shu-jin at the main exit, were getting a good scolding from their chief

'Rubbish,' The North Korean chief said as he banged his heavy palm on the wooden table, sighing in utter frustration.

Since the said criminals were placed in a special jail, it was patrolled by an officer every half hour to maintain a regular check. One of such officers who was on half hour patrolling duty outside the cell had informed the chief about Alex and Shu-jin going missing. After this, all officers stationed at the main gate were called to know both the escaped criminal's whereabouts. For obvious reasons, the two who had encountered them had to tell with honesty and integrity that they were the ones who allowed the escape. They justified it was for a valid reason, and that the two said prisoners were sent to a nearby hospital with two officers dressed in civil uniform who had tagged along with them.

Upon hearing this, the chief heaved a sigh of relief that at least one thing was done right. With officers with them, the chances of escape are slim.

'Have you heard from the two'The chief asked one of his closest counterparts who supported him during multiple missions.

'Alex and Shu-jin'

'No dummy. Our officers, the ones that tagged along, remember?'

'Oh yes, why would I forget? But, no I have not had a word with them. Wait I will immediately make a call' with that, the officer made a call to the two stationed at the hospital.

The two officers at the hospital were currently torturing and threatening the doctor.

'Because of bloody you, we lost the traitors of our country. You know how easy it is to go out there for them and to be a threat to the civilians. Did you do it on purpose, or worse, are you with them?'

The doctor who was perplexed at the two muscular males, was quick to grab their attention with his words.

'I am not. Genuinely' He raised his hand as he continued backing off from the two approaching males with their eyes.

That is when, one of the officer's phone rang. He picked it up and both gave a stern gaze to the doctor before shoving him aside and quickly planning to leave the hospital.

Meanwhile Alex and Shu-Jin reached two kilometers away from the hospital when it started to rain.

'Oh god not the rain' Shu-Jin said and quickly stopped the bicycle below a thatched roof to get some shelter.

'But we must run' Alex said, still quite terrified and traumatized about what just happened earlier.

'oh yes, we shall. But, before that, remove your shirt and I will remove mine. Let us pack it in our bags. At least some clothes should remain dry, we will need these, going forward' Alex nodded at this, and quickly started removing his shirt. He heard a beep sound and got a bit startled while Shu-Jin smirked and before Alex could show his fascination and surprise at the sound, Shu-jin quickly said

'You know, nothing misses my eye' Shu-Jin said and picked Alex's thrown shirt from his bag and removed a small black transmitter sorts technology stuck on the sleeve of his shirt.

'Is that a location tracke-' Alex said as his eyes were wide in amusement. Shu-jin cut him off and spke

'I removed mine long back, and we will destroy yours over here. This way they will think our locations have been seperated, and you are headed to Gyung-bok' Shu-Jin said as he pointed to a nearby location board.

'What they do not know is that, via the small wheat fields nearby, there is a shortcut to the little farming village Kasa-buri.' Shu-jin continued but Alex furrowed his eyebrows and spoke immediately.

'This is literally their town, how would they not know the short-cuts. If anything, they would be much more familiar with the routes than anyone else. This short-cut is no exception' Alex said being confused. Shu-Jin gave out a small laugh and said something which Alex would find hard to digest.

'Because it was made by me' Shu-Jin smiled

'The little hole you see there?' Shu-jin spoke as he pointed to a hole which shone under the moonlight as the pair stood quite a bit far from it.

Shu-Jin set himself on the bicycle and Alex quickly hopped on it as well. Shu-jin rode quietly while whispering the story of how he had come here last time and that the hole remains an undiscovered route  by the North Koreans which has now become a popular route to take for sleeper cells, when in danger to damage control.

'That is so cool' Alex said. Shu-Jin's speed had already tripled and they had already come almost five kilometers away from the hospital. The location tracker of Alex was left 3 kilometers behind, and Shu-Jin's was destroyed by him in the hospital near the ground floor.

Meanwhile the pair of officers in the hospital picked the call and a shrill voice cut deep as it continued speaking.

'Where are they you fools? Have you any idea, that we have let go of those bloody South Korean spies that could have posed a serious threat to the civilians. What if they attack them? What will we answer huh, have you thought about that?' The chief shouted as he got further enraged with every word and his face was now a bright shade of red.

The two officers looked at each other and gulped in fear, while one of them chose to continue speaking.

"Sir, we have installed a location tracker on each of their shirts, they must have not even gone very far. We just came to know they were here no more, but we had suspected an escape a long time back. Give me a second, let me check, where their locations are exactly"

Both officers looked at their mobile's screen as the chief continued fuming in impatience.

"Sir Shu-Jin is on the ground floor of this hospital. We will quickly check there, you remain rest assured' The officers spoke as the chief replied with an alright. He shoved his phone in the pocket and both quickly went to search for Shu-Jin on the ground floor. When he looked at the screen he found something strange.

'Hey, listen' He called his counterpart

'Alex's location is showing near Gyung-bok. What do you think?' The officer said showing it to his fellow officer.

Both nodded as they were quite sure that Shu-Jin being experienced in these escape plans has yet again played a game.

'They both must have gone there together, but Shu-Jin left the tracker here to create more confusion and waste our precious time' One officer said and the other nodded while being completely annoyed.

Their phones rang again and the chief growled the next statement he was about to say

"You absolute fools! Have we found them yet?" The chief said as he remained in utter shock of how careless his officers were.

"Do not worry sir, we are headed to Gyung-bok in our open jeep"

"You are thinking of a vacation in this moment"

"No no, absolutely not. Actually, the location tracker shows Alex's location near there and I am sure they are together. It is not even that far just a couple of kilometers away. We shall catch them in no time" The officers both replied and the chief said ok before hanging up on them.
