Wow... We're demigods? It's just so hard to take in. I also hope that Macy is ok. She was even more shocked than I was, and she even fell off her pegasus! I shook my head, trying to make sense of it all, and continued on towards the Big House. It's this nice blue farmhouse that serves as a camp office, infirmary, and meeting area.
I step in to the infirmary to see Macy lying down on a cot, eyes wide and staring at the ceiling.
"Hey Mace face. You ok?" My sister- no, half sister, sat up and smiled at me, looking a bit more relaxed. "I'm fine. Just a little... Confused. I mean, are we actually demigods?"
I shrugged. "I guess so." Macy sighed. "So what have you been up to lately?" I had to think for a minute because the past few days had been a blur. "Well... I've been hanging out in the Hermes cabin, tried out sword fighting, which I'm actually pretty good at, by the way, and started studying up on Greek mythology. Chiron says that he thinks he knows who our godly parents are, but he wants to be sure. He also said that the weekly claiming is tonight."
Macy groaned. "So while you've been having a great time, I've been cooped up in here the whole time? That's not fair!" I leaned over and gave her a little pat on the shoulder. "It's ok. You were in shock." Macy nodded, but something in her eyes told me that she was still really shocked.

I was sitting at the campfire with Cody and all of the other Hermes kids. Chiron was calling off names from the list of new people that arrived that week.
"Rose Robert and Nick Peterson, you two are in the Apollo cabin." A girl with bright red hair and a boy with short chestnut colored hair got up from the bench with the unclaimed kids and walked calmly over to the Apollo bench. How could they be so calm? Nick winked at me and I blushed.
