A Pirates First Mate

Saying Goodbye (part 2)

It's been two weeks since I told Foxy that I was moving, and today we're leaving the town. I was walking to Freddy Faz Bear's Pizza to say goodbye to Foxy. I walk past the kids and animatronics over to Pirates Cove. I walk in and see three boys that are way bigger than me. They were messing with Foxy.

"Dumb Fox" said the tallest one with black spikey hair. "Be careful Kendel!" Warned a brunette. "You shouldn't be so close. You know what happened in here." Who I am guessing is Kendel looked around the room. Good thing I was hiding under one of the benches. "Uh! Whatever idiot." He said turning to Foxy.

Kendel reached out and grabbed Foxy's ear. 'What's he going to do?!' I think. After that thought he yanked his ear off! I was horrified and enraged! "H-Hey!" I yelled standing up from my crouching position. "L-Leave him alone you jerk!" They all looked at me suprised, except for Kendel. Kendel walked in front of me and bent down to my height. "And what are you gonna do about it?" He said while grabbing me by the scarf, causing me to jerk forward.

"Grrrrr. . ." I said glaring daggers at him. "Aww. She's trying to act tough." He said straightening up. "But not tough enough." He then pushed me so hard that I tumbled backwards. "OOF!" It really hurt when I hit the ground. I could feel the tears pricking the corners of my eyes. "You gonna cry now?" Kendel said walking towards me. I trembled with fear. Then he reached at me and grabbed my hair and yanked me to my feet. I now had tears running down my cheeks. "S-S-Stop. . . " I wimpered. "Why should I?" He said smugly while yanking my hair harder. I was sobbing at this point.

Then I heard a familiar voice yet different. "Y-Y-Y-Y-ARRG! I W-WOULDN'T DO TH-THAT IF I-I-I WAS Y-Y-YOU!" It was Foxy! But he sounded scary. I hadn't realized that I closed my eyes. When I cracked them open I saw Foxy off of the stage just staring at us all but that isn't what disturbed me. What I saw was a transparent boy with red-orange hair, his right eye was pitch black except for the white pupil with blood running down while the other was covered with his hair. His neck had a cut across it, bleeding also. I was shocked by the boy that I didn't even notice Foxy moving towards us. When I did he looked lifeless and wanted to hurt or even kill someone.

It terrified me. It went still and quiet. so quiet you could hear a pin drop. The boy glared at the three boys, mostly Kendel who had my hair still in his grip. He then growled and so did Foxy. I heard Foxy and the transparent boy both speak at the same time " LET. HER. GO!" Kendel looked terrified and instantly let go of my hair and stepped back. His 'friends' already ran away. He was shaking in fear. Then Foxy lunged at him but Kendel already started running. Then the transparent boy walked to Foxy and merged with him. I just stood there. Dumbfounded. "What just happened. . . ? " I thought.

Then Foxy's voice snapped me out of my daze. " (Y/N)," He said. "Are you alright, lass?" he asked rubbing my head. "Yeah. . ." I answered. "Good," He said pulling his clawed hand through my hair, softly and lovingly. I lean into his touch and close my eyes trying not to cry and be tough. "I'm gonna miss you. . ." I whisper. He then hugs me close to him like it was the last time, which it probably was.

" I don't wanna move!" I yelled as I started to cry. " I'll miss you too much! I don't know what I'd do without you!" I buried my face in his red fur getting it damp from my tears. He started rubbing comforting circles on my back trying to calm me down.

After a few minutes of crying and Foxy trying to comfort me, I finally stop. "Where's Mew?" He asks. Mew is my little stuffed black cat with (F/C) eyes. "Right here, " I say while pulling her out of my pocket. "has she been keeping you company while you're not here?" He asked. " Yeah! She's been keeping me safe, too! " My grandma gave her to me when I was little. ( well littler. . .) " That's good," He said while hugging me close. "Hey! When I get older I could come back!" I said excitedly. "And I could fix your jaw and work here with you! Then we could be friends forever!" I look at Foxy with hope and joy. "That's wonderful, lass." He said.

" Five minutes till closing! " Warned the speaker. "Here Foxy! " I said handing him Mew. "If you take care of her for me I'll come back here for sure!" I said happily. "Three minutes till closing!" The speaker Warned again. "I promise I'll come back for you," I say while looking determined. "I know you will," he said while taking Mew and holding her close. "Bye Foxy " I said giving him a hug and a kiss to the cheek. I swear I thought I saw him blush. I then ran out of the pizzaria right before they closed the doors.

"I promise. . . " I repeated in my head.
