Emily POV
"Emily, get out of bed your gonna be late for school" I heard my mom yell from the lower level.
I moaned not wanting to get out of bed. I don't even like school, school sucks. I only have one friend and a boyfriend that ditches school, if I could ditch I so would.
"Emily get down here now, or your grounded" yelled my mother again.
"Fine I'll be down in a few minutes" I yell back.
I got out of my warm comfy bed and went to my closet to get clothes. I put on my Hollywood Undead t-shirt, black skinny jeans, and Asking Alexandria sweatshirt. And headed to the bathroom to shower. After my shower I started getting my dressed and did my hair.
"EMILY ARE YOU READY TO GO? YOUR LATE" I heard my mother scream from the basement.
"Yes mother" I yell back a bit frustrated.
I start walking downstairs and I hear country music playing
'Yuck I hate this music' I thought to myself. I grabbed an apple from the fruit bowl and went out to the door.
Diiiinnnngggg
"Hey babe, how are you?" Alex asked through text.
"Good, are you ditching today?"
"Yeah why"
"Can I ditch with you?"
"Yeah sure babe, I'm at the park"
"Ok I'll see you in a few"
Once I got to the park I immediately see Alex.
"Hey Alex" I yelled
"Hey babe" he said
"How are you?"
"Good, what do you wanna do today?"
"Starbucks?"
"Sure why not"
Once at Starbucks, they ordered their food and drinks and sat down to talk.
"Let's get this party started let's keep them 40s poppin,so just get buzzed and stay f***** up we'll keep them panties droppin"
"Hey Alex I'm gonna take this quickly be right back"
"Ok"
Emily walks away from the table.
"Hello" I say
"Emily where are you?" Asked my mom
"School" I say, hoping she won't find out I ditched
"Really? The school just called to ask if your sick"
"Oh ok, well I'm here" crap I forgot to call the school.
"Ok what class are you in?"
"Uh Health"
"Yeah ok, and why do I hear coffee makers?"
"I don't know, maybe your hearing things"
"Get your butt home now" yelled mom
"Ok I'll be there soon" I said
I hang up the phone.
"Everything ok Emily ?" Asked Alex
"Yeah I just gotta go, my mom caught me"
"Ok see ya around" Alex said
