"You better not be eating your lasagna, and if you are. Stop, and get over here. I'm lonely." Diana  technically whispered to Dominic. She closed her eyes and tried to do the thing she does best, enter the white room. She imagines absolutely nothing, and with that, she appeared right where she wanted to once again.

"It's pasta, not lasagna. Get to know your noodles better." He said and told Russell that he would be right back. Russel had no clue where he was actually going, but Dominic went to the bathroom of the restaurant so nobody would see, closed his eyes, and after a few seconds he faded into view. They both stood in the not so bright light of the white room.

"I didn't mean to interrupt your date." Diana teased as she walked over to him and gave him a hug. "This is kinda creepy, because I still partly feel myself laying on my bed, but I also feel you hugging me. I'm just not used to it since we were gone for so long."

"Yeah, I've got my own reasons to why this is awkward though. So what's up with you? I Haven't seen you since my wedding?" Dominic smiled at her. He blinked, and a chair appeared behind him and Diana and they both took a seat.

"My turn, How about Paris?" She said and The white landscape turned into a late night lunch at a restaurant. They had a great view of the Eiffel Tower. But as always in their DreamScape, It was only the best friends in Paris, they were alone.

"Were going to ocean city when it's my turn."He said. They both took turns to who chose the landscape from the white room. The white room was a branch of the DreamScape, A mental version of paradise. A few special people in the world can access this world. About fifty world wide. You can go anywhere and anywhere with just a simple thought. But only if you are a chosen one, Like Diana and Dominic. But it came with a special price. Dominic and Diana were the only ones who could access each others dreamscape.

"We live in Maryland. We can go to the beach real life." Diana said.

"Actually, no. You do. I live in New York, Remember?" He laughed by the way she forgot. She loved that way he laughed. It sounded like it came from a big ball of sunshine. She could never actually hear his voice sadly, because technically it was just in her imagination. She was telepathically knowing what he said because he thought it. In reality she was laying on a bed waiting for her friend to come over so they can go to a rollover rink, and he was sitting on a toilet hoping his husband wouldn't come looking for him. But they were still here. Because they had a ability nobody else did. They could beat time and life, and communicate without ever actually meeting each other. And that's what made them perfect.

We talked and sipped champagne in Paris for the rest of the night. In reality it was only about five minutes so I had time for roller-skating and Dominic had time for the rest of his date with Russell, but it was great nonetheless. The things that man talks about on a date. I wouldn't be able to stand it.

"I'll talk to you sometime tonight, after you go tire your legs with skating." Dominic said and laughed. He never liked roller skating, he didn't think it was fair that I lived a mile away from a drink and he lived 20 miles away from one.

"Sure, if I don't fall right asleep. It's exhausting, and not just to my legs." I sighed. "Anyway. Tootles." I said and waved. I closed my eyes, imagined my house, then I woke up. I open my eyes and everything was Paris and Dominic was standing right next to me.

My everything stopped. If I could of seen my face I would of imagined it went pale too. I looked over to Dominic and we both just stared wide eyed at each other. I imagine he has the same issue. This can't be happening. This has never happened before and it won't now.

"I can't wake up." He whispered to me like someone in the white light far away could hear us.

"Me neither." I was so terrified that my voiced squeaked when I talked. I slammed my eyes shut and imagined my home again. Maybe I did it wrong the first time. I opened them and nothing.

"Diana... What do we do?" He said. I backed up a couple steps.

"I don't kn..." I was interrupted by the loudest notice I've ever heard. It felt like it was ripping me up, piece by piece. Leaving nothing left but a piercing white light. Then all of a sudden it stopped. I looked around. I heard a deafening ringing after it ended which was almost as bad as the sound itself. Well, not really. But you get the point.

"What the hell" Dominic cursed at the 'sky' in till I stopped him. "What?" He asked evidently confused. But I saw something.

"Turn around." I whispered, Staring behind him at something I've never seen in the white light part of the white room. He looked around. Standing alone in the light, there was a door.
