"The train's boarding now! I have to go, bye"

He hung up the phone as they both said goodbye to each other. The doors of the train opened slowly as all the passengers rushed inside. This was the first time Adrian had been alone on a train before. He shook his head to wake himself up and stepped on the train, looking for a spot to sit by himself. There was still a few seats open as there wasn't many passengers boarding the train.

The doors closed behind him and he sat down on a seat by himself as all the other people were crowding around with their families. He looked out the window and the train started to move as he ended up falling asleep as the comfortablness took over, letting him relax, leaning his head on the window.

A strange turbulence kept rustling him. He fell off the leather seat and onto the hard, solid floor, waking Adrian up with a continuous throbbing pain through his temples. He sat up and looked around, holding his head noticing there was no one else onboard on the rocking train but him.

He struggled to stand up, gripping tight on the bar next to him, holding his aching head with foggy, double vision. He headed to the front of the train as it ran off of the tracks and on to its side, forcing Adrian to fall in the bathroom as the door shut and got jammed, making it impossible to escape with his own bare, cold hands, as he wasn't very strong.

The train suddenly stopped along with time. He looked around and saw a rainforest inside the mirror, like it was behind him. he turned around but nothing was there but the wrecked, putrid bathroom with a smashed window and a flooding toilet.

He quickly looked back as time caught up with him again as his vision started to fade. The train rustled and rocked more. He tried to shield himself from the train falling off of the cliff but it didn't help as much. The throbbing pain came back to him once more as the snow started piling on top of the train from the cliff as it went pitch black.

He awoke in a pile of mud with mossy trees surrounding him. Cold rain was falling down on him. He was already soaked with water and mud smudged all over his face and clothes.

Adrian scratched his back to find something poking him. He turned around to see a boy, around the same age as him, with a stick in his hand..but he had cat ears..And a tail? He was wearing a brown long-sleeved shirt. But it seemed like his right sleeve was ripped off. There was a necklace with a tiny shell hanging from it around his neck aswell.
"Who are you..."
The blonde haired boy finally spoke, but still poking Adrian with that stick, it wasn't that comfortable at all. Adrian smacked the stick away, annoyed and kept looking around.
"Who are you?" He back chatted.
The strange cat person looked at him, a bit angry and pushed him back down in the mud, harshly. Probably not the best first impression ever.
"M'name's Elliot. Now tell me who you are" he spoke, spitting on Adrian as he drew out his sword.

Adrian stood back up and wiped the mud off of his face and shoulders and put his hand out to shake. "I'm Adrian." He said with confidence,
Elliot grunted and drew his sword back in and glared at his hand, not knowing what to do with it. "..."

They stood with an awkward silence.

"I'm not getting any younger here" he waited for him to shake his hand, not like anything was going to happen.

Elliot ignored him as he heard a quiet rustle in the bushes and quickly drew his silver, shiny sword out and looked around, alerted from the sound. You could hear a howl in the distance through the thick, humongous trees. He grabbed Adrian's hand and bolted away with him dragging behind.
