Piss off your parents

(Nera's POV)
Ok just hear me out. So maybe it wasn't the best idea to "surprise" my parents with my new hair cut and dyeing my hair bright blue but oh well hair grows back and colour fades. It's not like i did it randomly for no apparent reason.
I cut and dyed my hair to catch the attention of the school punk. I definitely wasn't going to be able to do that looking like a 6 year old catholic school girl. Surely I wasn't the most innocent person; i mean i have some rad tattoos but I'm never aloud to show them because my parents say they aren't modest and set a bad example. I guess my parents will just have to except they are a part of me and that I'm growing  up. Im 18 years old so technically I'm no longer under parental control but that didn't stop them from getting pissed when i pulled in the driveway and walked through the front door lets just say it wasn't pretty.

"Do you like it?" i ask whilst doing a full 360° turn.

"No absolutely not" my mum says in the most disgusted voice i have ever heard whilst gripping the counter top to keep her from passing out. Wow I guess she really doesn't like it.

"Well that's to bad it's staying." I reply.

"No it's not this is a house that will not tolerate a p- punk." my dad stutters as he tried to think of the correct word to use.

"Oh if you think I'm punk wait till you see Michael." I tell my dad

"Who the hell is Michael?" Mum and Dad both say at the same time.

"You'll find out soon enough." Is the last thing I said to them before i ran upstairs and into my room.
