"darling you look gorgeous!" my grandmother  said as she kissed my two cheeks. "but you look stunning!" i held her two boney hands and examined her off white gown.

"oh stop it. i missed you so much darling." we both sat down across from each other. i held her left hand. she just came from england to visit our family.

"i couldn't stop thinking of you." i said back.

"oh honey im fine. of course it's been lonely with out your grandfather, but i have your aunts coming to the house to keep me company." (my dads sisters)

my grandfather just recently passed away from a heart attack. we flew down to england for the service. i miss him everyday.

"well that is good. how is auntie florence coming along?" i rubbed my thumb up against her wedding band.

"she is doing magnificent, the baby boy should be here any day now!" she exclaimed.

"yay im so excited!"

just then london came over and hugged her. "well i should go around and greet the others. ill catch up with you soon
gran."

"okay dylan." she winked at me and i smiled. i grabbed my black purse and went over to the table where the bar was. i ordered a shirley temple and waited for the bartender to finish the drink.

a guy then sat on the stool beside me. "uh a champagne please." he pulled out his phone and im guessing checked the time. he then put his phone back in his pocket.

i examined the side of his face. he had a slight beard, a very nice jawline, and quiffed light brown hair.

"shirley temple" the bartender handed me my drink. "thank you" i grabbed the drink and pulled it closer to me. out of the corner of my eye i saw the guy look at me and get a slight smile on his face.

i turned my head towards him. "can i help you?" i giggled and took a sip of my drink.

"you don't drink?" he has a british accent. he's probably apart of my family. i then looked at his whole face. mmm he's cute though.

"well i am seven teen." i took another sip.

"champagne." the bartender handed him the drink. "and im nine teen." he held up the glass to me and took a big sip.

"the names bradley." he smiled at me.

"dylan." we shook hands.

"oh so you're dylan?" he questioned.

"indeed."

"no offense but i thought you were a man." he laughed. "none taken, i get it all the time."

"how do you know who i am?" i asked him and took another sip. "our fathers grew up together. ive heard about you but i never got the impression you were a pretty girl."

(A/N if you're wondering what bradley looks like, he is played by a younger liam hemsworth)

"oh well thank you." i started to feel my cheeks getting pink. he isn't related to me. oh my gosh yes.

"you have such a loving family." he said and turned his head to his champagne glass, he wiped all the moisture off of the side.

"yeah they're ok, they can just be annoying sometimes."

"i know how you feel, my family isnt the most perfect either." he turned back to me.

i lightly laughed.

" look i got to go but let me see your mobile." he reached his hand out. i grabbed my phone out of my black purse and gave it to him.

he slid his finger across the screen to unlock it. "no password?" he looked up to me confused.
